I will never buy a car here again, when I bought my 2024 Mitsubishi outlander I was told I get three free oil changes, now they're advertising two years free oil changes, this is all a lie in fine print they're saying if you don't make the oil changes exactly on the day that they do then they won't do them for free any longer, so I will never buy a car from these liars again, The current self is doing pretty well except for a few electrical glitches with the radio. Dealers like this are ruining the brand!!! Find your new car elsewhere!!!

I recently had an extremely positive experience at Jim Shorkey Mitsubishi in North Hills. Having just retired, I was interested in a small hatchback and eventually they set me up with a pre-certified 2021 Mirage with about 50,000 miles on it and I got a great price. The process was seamless from my initial outreach to the General Sales Manager Bill Driscoll via email to this person then setting me up with John Barbour as my official sales representative. John was great, very attentive, and offered excellent customer service. It’s just great to have a dedicated person walk you through everything related to the car and contract and also provide honest estimates of how long the process takes. Most importantly, John was very patient and extremely helpful when we encountered a couple of very minor issues. Kudos also to the whole team I dealt with, from Melisa who greeted me in such a friendly manner to Corey Davidson (Sales Manager) and Dakota Carson in sales. Lastly, its’ definitely worth noting that they have a very collaborative and friendly culture, and there’s obviously a priority there to building a sense of community. I know how corny and cliché it sounds to describe a business culture as “family-like,” but it is nice to engage with people at a business who genuinely seem to like each other and enjoy providing exceptional service to customers. Took my son to look at cars and Sam was very upfront with details about vehicle. My son ended up not buying at this time BUT my wife and I came back two weeks later and purchased a 2024 Eclipse Cross . Sam was a pleasure to deal with helpfull with phone apps

Wasn’t looking to buy a car but was having difficulties
Wasn’t looking to buy a car but was having difficulties since day 1 with my outlander 2020 when an animal ate the oxygen sensor. Problems continued. This time Sam heard my situation. He said let me buy it off of you and u start over. So January 2nd I started over with a used vehicle that I wanted for years. I wasn’t there for no more than 2 hours. I wish I would have learned a bit more about extended warranties but I learned myself. Thank you for a nice new year and a nice bday gift.

Poor customer service!!
I was asked to leave a review after purchasing my vehicle. I had originally gave a 5 star review and am sorry I did. The follow ups that I needed were totally ignored by River and the financial manager. Twice I texted River and told him I was coming in to show him the scratch on my car and to talk about another issue that I had. When I got to the dealership they told me River was off. I drove 35 minutes for nothing twice. I twice left a message with the finance manager with no return calls about my loan. The receptionist first told me the finance manager was at a training class and would be back in a few hours. I asked to be transferred to her voice mail and left her a message. I waited several days and called again and no return call. Very disappointed with this situation which is causing me a lot of unnecessary stress When a customer has a problem after buying a vehicle you would think a simple return call should not be that difficult. Very disappointed.
