When you first go to buy a vehicle, they treat you like family. They call you, text you and email you. if you purchase the vehicle then basically don't want anything to do with you, they lie and ignore you. I purchased a used vehicle, it shouldn't make a difference. I have bought cars from car dealerships on the side of the roads and never had issues like I had at this Lexus dealership. I would think a Lexus dealership would have been a better place to buy from. To my surprise it was the worst experience. I will adding a rating on there google page too with pics.

Made an appointment and Waited to see the car at the dealership for an hour only to learn they did not have the key to the car. Tried to sell me another car. Made a second appointment, they showed me the car in very unclean condition - badly scratched interior plastic moldings and stained liners. They tried to convince me the scratches and stains can be cleaned but I was certain they could not be fixed entirely. Anything they do would be superficial and short lived.

Shirley was super friendly and helpful with my car service today. I couldn't ask for more.
