He is just as bad as the dealership. Don’t expect to get any results if you deal with him. This dealership is very questionable and I suggest you deal with a reputable dealership.

I went to trade in a car for a LC500 convertible, Ryan and Sean were excellent, straightforward and had a very good experience. The finance part I had to pay a little more attention to.

From the moment you drive in, you are greeted with professionalism and the service manager (Nikson) does a stellar job of explaining what is needed and why. You don’t feel pressured to rush the conversation. All personnel is courteous and friendly. It feels like an extended family.

the service department are scammers. i brought in my 2022 gx for its 10k maintenance, requested a wheel alignment, and asked them to check the subwoofer in the trunk because it rattled. the cabin air filter was supposed to be changed as part of the 10k, but they didn't change it. the alignment was also not done, there was no change in the steering; car still pulls right. although they kept the car for an additional 3 hours, they said they couldn't replicate the subwoofer rattle and told me to use it the way it is. i'm suspicious whether they did the oil change, tire rotation, etc. i tried contacting them the following 2 days, but got hung up on by the receptionists when i told them i wanted to speak with a manager. i have contacted lexus corporate as a last resort. i can't believe lexus could give these incompetent scammers a franchise/dealer. i will NEVER be visiting a dealer that has any affiliation with DARCARS!

Walked in with my mom to look at cars to see which one she likes if she was interest. Ali approached us with a big smile on his face and great /happy vibes. We talked alot about which lexus my mom wanted and told us which was our best options. I came with my cannons loaded with questions and he answered them without hestitation and let me tell you, HE SURE KNOWS HIS CARS! He was great and patient with us. He sure gave us a bargain, I would definitely would recommend him to all my friends and family! Thank you for helping us with everything.
