Best staff overall.

Best staff overall. Especially Mr. Luis Tirado was the service advisor. Luis is the best person to work with. He is very cooperative and caring and helpful. Also Grace who is at the front desk is very nice and a terrific person to deal with. I congratulate Lexis to have Luis and Grace working at the dealership service center.

Always treated well whenever I come to this dealership for service. Luis was great. He communicated updates regarding the service and helped me decide on the next moves for my vehicle. Grace- an absolute star! I look forward to seeing her every time I visit.

Luis was the point person for my computer upgrades (not only the Engine Control Computer software, but also two upgrades for the Shift System Malfunction). He was great, polite, super respectful of my time, and kept me updated multiple times throughout! His tech and the cleaning service did a great job too! Also - and I am not sure of her name, but the lovely woman at the front desk is always so warm and friendly and I just love connecting with her whenever I come in! Everyone was so helpful as always - thank you!

Buyer Beware!

Buyer Beware!! Dishonorable business practices afoot at 90 Grand Ave Englewood New Jersey. Absolutely disappointing experience with DARCARS Lexus of Englewood Pre-owned department. Was promised a vehicle despite their not accepting multiple offers to pay a deposit and down payment over the phone/online, due distance and other time constraints. Obtained proof of car insurance and paid for a cashier's check to purchase vehicle the next day when I could actually come in. DARCARS were aware of this, and salesperson Jake Weiss reassured me: "The car is yours no need to worry, I will see you tomorrow". Few hours before my appointment the next day, they sold the vehicle to someone else. They then tried to sell me a 'similar' car with 3x the mileage and a year older for similar price. This business does not stand by their words.

Stay away from this dealership.

Stay away from this dealership. From sales (A. Pena, J. Martinez & S. Saldarriaga) that pulls the classic bait and switch tactics, the manager (R. Nunez) that promotes deceitfulness and finance trying to squeeze more out of the consumer. All are sleazy and dishonest people. Buyers order was already signed after initial deposit only to be disregarded and not honored by their excuses to make more profit. Thinking they can ripped everybody off. Disgusting people and Leaves a bad taste in peoples mouth.

I had to fly from Chicago.

I had to fly from Chicago. We agreed on the same price, and just before my flight they sent different price. Raising over thousand dollars. And stopped coordinating with me. I had worse experience dealing with them. Emmanuel was worse person to deal with. And he called me brother and kept changing his words. Of course I was trying to negotiate like any customer would do.
