Everyone I encountered during my visit was efficient.

Everyone I encountered during my visit was efficient. From the scheduler, the mechanics and especially the Service Consultant, Tobias Clark. He treated me as a valued customer, showed genuine interest in assisting me and guided me through my service interaction by explaining what had to be done in layman's terms along with the expected wait time and cost. Tobias handled my issue professionally and provided a solution with a favorable outcome.

Very poor customer service.

Very poor customer service. The service advisor did not answer his phone and did not return calls for 3 days. I called the service manager to complain and, of course, he did not answer his phone, nor did he return my call, but the service advisor did finally return my call, and 2 days later, my car was finished. It took 5 days to complete a repair that should have been done in one.

Wait time was excessive 7 am to 12:15 pm for basic

Wait time was excessive 7 am to 12:15 pm for basic winterizing. The staff was very courteous. Service advisor apologized for long wait time and offered me free oil change when due as show of good will.

This is a follow up to previous feedback.

This is a follow up to previous feedback. I had my vehicle in this shop for 5 days to repair an engine exhaust duct problem that shut my engine down on the interstate. Now that I have gotten the pickup truck back, I'm getting the message to open my driver side window, consistently. Now I am wondering if the repair was completed properly or if the vehicle is sensing something wrong with engine exhaust filling my cab. Going back up to the service department to see what is wrong.

Customer representatives were not a problem, it was the lack of speed in addressing the repair, first the time it took to get the part and of course the repair cannot be accomplished without the part. Secondly, the vehicle at the time of repair had only 11,650 miles of drive time. I find it hard to understand that a part would go bad on a new vehicle after such a low mileage driven. I left 3 messages for manager; I think his name is Oscar and received no return calls.
