We were pleasantly surprised to find more new Buick Envisions on the lot that expected due to apparent long-term issues with certain supplies. I was particularly glad to find one with the light interior and an exterior color other than grey or black!

Even though buying a car can be a challenge, this time was different. This is because of our sales consultant, Mr. Jerry Butcher. He is one of the best. He was relaxed, confident and knowledgeable. He made us feel like we were talking to a friend . Even though we needed a car, I didn?t think we would get one on this day. Thanks for having a person like him. My husband and I were extremely pleased with him. He made the difference! Everyone, we came in contact with on that day, was very friendly.

Auto nation
I went to AutoNation and I was supposed to go somewhere else, but the GPS took me to them. They are very helpful. I didn?t even have an appointment but then when I told them what happened with me with the GPS they right away took me. I didn?t have to wait that long, and everybody was so nice. The facility is very clean and has all the condiments and all the coffees and whatever you would like to drink when you?re waiting for your car. They right away gave me a discount because it?s my first time. I would recommend them hundred percent !

Fair Enough
Price charged for an oil change was double what was advertised online. Service advisor honored the oil change price offered online after requiring I show proof. Dealership Service waiting area is in serious need of updating. Some service advisors are less than professional; other techs just lounge around behind the service counter watching videos on their phone. When parking my vehicle, the tech required 16 shifts of my transmission to simply back into a parking space. I think that's an overly excessive amount of wear and tear to move a vehicle 100 feet and park it. Also, tech adjusted my seats and all mirrors and didn't attempt to return them to original position.

Positive buying experience
My experience in purchasing a new vehicle from Autonation Buick GMC in Laurel was very positive!
