Positive buying experience

My experience in purchasing a new vehicle from Autonation Buick GMC in Laurel was very positive! On the many occasions in the past when I have visited a new car dealer to purchase or consider purchasing a new vehicle, I have left the experience weary and disappointed. My experience with Autonation was pleasant from start to finish. The Sales Professional, Darryl Reid, who worked with me was professional yet considerate. It was different in a very good way.,

We found Mr.

We found Mr. Darryl Reid our Sales Professional to be courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He has a very good "desk side" manner. Purchasing a vehicle can be a tedious and tiresome process, but working with Mr. Reid was very comfortable. He was a salesman for sure but at the same time a friend.

I have always had a pleasant experience when I visit

I have always had a pleasant experience when I visit AutoNation Buick GMC Laurel. Tobias is the service person who waits on me and he is great. He always remembers to ask if I have coupons which I like because I do sometimes forget.

Auto Nation Buick GMC Laurel

I stopped going to the dealer for repairs because the service was not that great, when you called the phone would just ring, if you left a message they did not call back. They did work on my car without calling me first to tell me what it was going to cost. I just was not happy with the whole experience. I was in a bind and needed to get my car looked at quickly and the person who would have done it was out of town so I took a chance and made an appointment with the dealership. I was pleasantly surprised! It is like there was a MAJOR overhaul! I dropped my car off the nigh before. I do not have the card with the gentleman's name on it with me right now but I will get it and let you know what his name is, he was GREAT!! The next day when they looked at my car I got a phone call AND pictures of what was wrong with the car (my brakes)!!!!! I could not believe it! I was so happy! When the work was done I got another call to let me know that I could pick it up whenever I was ready. What a difference! I will be going back again! I hope this helps someone.

The GMC service Mgr, Mike was very good and attentive he

The GMC service Mgr, Mike was very good and attentive he called me at every stage of the repair process. However The shuttle driver sitting 15 feet from me and the service manager doing nothing but playing with his phone totally ignored our repeated request for a ride home. After 20 minutes I went to the General Manager to complain. I asked him "Is the face of your business, Is this how you treat your customers" You advertised free shuttle service." I could also feel Mike's frustration with this guy. The General Manager resolved the situation by having one of the Chevy service managers take me home. I was so angry when i left. I don"t know if I will return. Management needs to step up. This is suppose to be a SERVICE CENTER.

All is ok

My experience was terrible.

My experience was terrible. I never received a call back about the results of the diagnostic test within one hour as I was told. If completed within one hour it was no cost to. So I find out about the results of test 5 hours later when I went to the dealership after work. I end up being charged for it. My car had all these issues but never was called to tell me about them and whether or not they should work on my car. Even though no work was done on my car it was in worst condition than when I brought it to dealership, I felt unsafe driving the next day to work so I can't drive it now. I tried calling but was left on hold for over an hour.
