Low trade, poor communication

Went to trade in a vehicle for a new traverse. Was offered thousands less then other dealers. Then, because their car was priced below market, I figured I would submit a credit app anyways and see what happens. I didn’t hear anything until I followed up my self. Then I was told the finance is busy and since I wasn’t physically in the store, I was put on the back burner. I waited an entire day, and still nothing. I then called my sales rep only to find out they still didn’t work on it but someone would be in touch. Almost entire day again went by and I followed up once again. I was told it was approved but I’d have to put some money down, I said how much, my rep said she didn’t know but someone would call me. No one called so I purchased else where. Poor communication, low trade and felt as I wasn’t important.

Fast, easy and painless

My 5 months with Main Motors

I contacted 4 Chevy closer to town looking for an '18 Chevy Equinox late in 2017.. Nothing for 5 weeks. Then I thought why not try Main. They said we see what you're looking for- come on up. They had my car there- exactly ( actually better than my goal- it has everything. ). I couldn't believe when I was driving back to New Brighton with my fully financed new car in less than 3 hours. My best experience since I bought a '64 Pontiac Tempest in Cloquet 54 years ago. RMJ New Brighton

Awesome

Good folks down to earth worked hard to put feal together. Was there to buy used truck but they took timed show me features. 2018 and I bought new one.

Routine repairs under warranty caused catastrophic failure

Took my vehicle in for a timing Chain repair. Several months later my engine fails... Guess what failed? The timing chain that they replaced. Apparently they didn't replace the wear items that keep tension on the chain which failed only a few months later, now denied repair because out of warranty, and they deny their work is faulty. I am not the only one who has experienced these problems. Just Google it. Very bad people. Had the gall to say if I would have bought it from them maybe they would help me. My vehicle has been there for. Months torn apart and they refuse to fix their mistakes. Guess it's time to lawyer up.

Basic oil change and check up.

I purchased a new Cadillac srx in 2011 from Main Motors for my wife and have since always taken it back for any and all services and repairs. Everyone At Main Motors is fantastic, from the owner Mrs. Carlson, Jeremy the sales manager to Todd in service, I cannot say enough great compliments about this dealership! Keep up the great work, Main Motors!

Excellent customer service!

My husband and I were looking for a used vehicle to suit our large family for quite some time. Mark Cheney worked with us until we found exactly what would work for us and it's perfect! He was very knowledgeable and walked us through every step, would definitely buy from Mark again.

This was by far the best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. Our salesman Mark Cheney was very knowledgeable and delivered the Chevrolet Traverse on time and as promised. The financing was smooth and quick and all questions were answered. I am very impressed with the friendly atmosphere of this dealership and its professional staff, I will be buying my next vehicle at Main Motor in Anoka and I encourage anyone looking for excellent service and a low pressure way of buying a vehicle, I recommend Main Motor in Anoka, MN.
