I had such a great experience working with David.

I had such a great experience working with David. He made buying my car fun. The entire staff was so kind and professional. Much better than the previous experience at the “other” dealer who would talk down to me. Thanks for the good time!

Came in for a recall repair, took an extra couple days

Came in for a recall repair, took an extra couple days for a repair they quoted at 6 hours. Can't recommend the place, but I understand paying customers come first.

We were relieved to have our tire pressure checked, found

We were relieved to have our tire pressure checked, found out that they were all OK and there was no charge for that. We were very pleased with the service.

The communication you have between the service dept and

The communication you have between the service dept and the customer is sub par. In August I had my oil changed and no one told me that the indication for the next oil change went from miles to %. So I had to go back to the dealership to find out what it meant & how to determine what % I had left. When I did this, the % showed only 40% - they said oh we just forgot to update that. They also were to change the battery in my key fob and it broke. Ordered me a new one. Over a month later I get a text and email saying I had this appointment on 9/18. I had not made an appointment so when I called them about it I was informed it was for a dummy appointment for the parts I ordered. When I asked if it was the key fob, they said they weren't sure, but would check on it and would call me back. That was around 8:30 in the morning. By 5:30 that evening I still had not received a call back. This is terrible customer service in my view. The service is good, but the communication is so lackinig.

In 2021 I purchased a Honda CRV from White's Honda.

In 2021 I purchased a Honda CRV from White's Honda. My salesman was Max so when my garage burned along with my CRV I returned to White's Honda to purchase another Honda CRV. Having had such a great experience with White's Honda sales and service I chose to not search any where else. Naturally I asked for Max. Since he is now in finance and Travis greeted me when I entered the showroom, Travis became my salesman. Originally I intended to purchase a used Honda CRV (there was a red one available identical to my previous one) and I was interested in checking out a HRV, Travis showed both to me. Travis also invited me to see the changes Honda had made on the car since 2021. As he showed me a 2024 Honda CRV he pointed out what had changed, the reason why and the advantages of the new 2024. Travis covered both the inside and outside upgrades and offered to get the keys. After driving the 2024 and finding the upgrades advantageous, I decided to purchase the 2024 Honda CRV. Travis was very informative yet not pushy. Had he been pushy I would have walked out of the dealership!! Although White's did not have a color I was interested in Travis was able to have it available the next day. The option of garage door openers available on my 2021 was something not included in the 2024. However Travis explained the built in garage door option was still available on the rear view mirror and it was installed the same day. Additionally, I purchased the extended warranty, tire coverage and poly steel. Due to the fact that they explained the cost, advantages and potential savings the add-ons would provide, I was able to make an informed decision. In addition to working with Travis and Max, I also dealt with Steven. All three gentlemen were......well, the BEST!! I will pick up my new Honda early next week after the first coating of poly steel is applied. At the age of 70 this is probably the last new vehicle I will ever buy, but if circumstances change, I would not hesitate to purchase from White's Honda again. I am a life long customer!!!

I don’t agree with you charging money to check a status

I don’t agree with you charging money to check a status on a battery or alternator. Especially if you then provide the service needing done

I had a very good experience working with White's Honda of Lima. Josh Hawkins was my salesman and he went above and beyond my expectations, finding me a Honda CRV that more than fit my needs.
