They did a nice job on my routine maintenance. Offered recommended maintenance, but not pushy about it. Pleasant, comfortable waiting area.

Efficient.

Efficient. Knowledgeable. I especially like the shuttle service and the kind man who drove me to where I needed to go.

The service department messed up my car.

The service department messed up my car. It was not a quality job! The service department messed up my car. It was not a quality job! They didn't fill my tires to 33 psi as my bill reflected.

Great experience working with Mike Walters to get my

Great experience working with Mike Walters to get my Honda Ridgeline. Mike listened to my needs and helped me figure out which vehicle would be most appropriate as a family hauler that still had the option to help with weekend projects. He worked hard to help me get the best price. Would not work with anyone else but Mike.

The salesman, Sam Delgado, was very responsive to my

The salesman, Sam Delgado, was very responsive to my needs and helped me through the process with solid communication. The finance manager was very efficient and didn't try selling me on all the option for warranties/extras - which I didn't want. I paid cash, so we didn't have to work financing details. The car was wonderfully detailed - as a used car it looked nearly new. I live in the Cincinnati area, but my next Honda just might be purchased at White even though they are 2 hours away. (But I do get to Lima frequently...so...might as well go to a great dealer!)

Matt was great!

Matt was great!!! He was the only salesperson actually working at his desk when my husband was walking about. Everyone else assumed he was there for the service department. No one else acknowledged my husband. 10ft rule is a good rule

My only issue is that as soon as I left, my car was

My only issue is that as soon as I left, my car was chugging. I returned and it was fixed but one of the spark plugs had a crack in it. I have always looked over my parts before I replace something. And if the vehicle would have been test drove after the repair, they would have had a second opportunity to catch the issue.
