White's Honda of Lima

I have gone to John Gould for over 40 years and could not be more pleased. He is friendly and does not apply any pressure whatsoever which I can so appreciate . He is competent and very knowledgeable on the product. I can't imagine going to any other salesman. I have always been very happy with Whites Honda, formerly Allan Nott Honda. I trust them completely. I drive from the Columbus area in which we have many dealers here but I always automatically go to Lima for my cars.

Steve is always helpful! I’ve been working with him for years in the service dept. He recognizes me and greets me kindly every time.

Everything was on time as always. The service Mgr. Brought a couple of items to my attention that were noted and to be addressed at the next service. I do have one suggestion. Please disconnect or move the speaker in the hall just outside the "quiet" waiting room. It's very annoying.
