I was getting my car serviced next door and wandered into Bellingham Porsche since I had some free time. I was greeted by Chris Orlando who was very helpful and patient showing me several vehicles. I went to a couple other dealerships in town and the quality of the vehicles just didn't meet my standards. Bellingham Porsche/Audi had the best selection of pre-owned vehicles based on quality hands down. Even the cars that we weren't interested in were in great shape. After a a couple days of thinking and price comparing I ended up trading in my 2014 Audi S8 for a 2018 Audi RS5. It was the perfect move for me as I no longer needed a luxury sedan and wanted a car that was a little more fun. The RS5 fit the bill perfectly. The performance is about the same between the 2 cars but the RS5 handles much better and its exhaust is more aggressive. The heads up display and the new Apple Car Play were a nice feature.

Don't know that I would go anywhere else. Very responsive sales folks. Good quality used cars. Treat you like family. Couldn't ask for more. Thanks Chris Drew John and John in finance you were all very easy to work with.

This past weekend was a test driving weekend for a new used car. (New for me) I started in Bellingham, drove a few cars at multiple dealerships, headed down to Everett and drove some more. The further south I went, the worse time I had. The salesmen were more impatient, showing me cars out of my price range, not listening to what I wanted, and trying to push me towards buying a car halfway through my test drive. After driving with Chris Orlando in the morning in a Focus ST, by the end of my day that's all i wanted to go back to. Not only did I love the ST and the features that were included in that specific car, but Chris was extremely helpful in giving me the information that I was asking without trying to pry an answer out of me right away. After I left in the morning, he gave me a call later that day, asked me how my car shopping had been going, pulled up some numbers for me while I was at another dealership, and in the end I bought the Focus that I had driven early that morning. After working with Chris, I would happily buy another car from him later down the line, as he made everything from asking questions to filling out paperwork an easy task. I'd recommend Chris Orlando and this dealership to anyone.
