Roger Jobs Audi, Porsche, Volkswagen in Bellingham, Washington is far and away the very best auto dealership that I have had the opportunity to work with in my 40 plus years of purchasing cars. Chris Orlando, the salesman we worked with is honest, straightforward and seeks a win-win deal for the customer and the dealership. His follow-up and attention to detail are above and beyond what I have previously experienced.

We worked with Chris Orlando on the purchase of a pre-owned vehicle. He was very courteous, friendly and professional. Chris and Roger Jobs were very patient and accommodating to our situation and made the whole process stress free. Chris went beyond the call of duty to pick us up from our home in Snohomish to deliver the car so we could enjoy the ride home together. Extremely pleased with the experience.

He went our of his way to find just the type of vehicles we wanted, and beyond that, spent hours with us teaching us the tricks that have happened in car technology in the 10 years since our last purchase. John Roy in the Porche department is so helpful! Even though they didn't have the car I wanted on the lot, he helped me to find the exact one I was looking for and got it for me. It was even better than I expected. Another great thing was that they didn't try to charge me thousands more than the car was worth. The whole experience was so personable. The service department is also excellent. The only thing I've regretted about their service department was the time I got tires from someplace else in town.

I bought a 2010 Subaru Impreza from Roger Jobs Motors in Bellingham recently. All in all, a good car, and Chris from the used car lot was kind and more than helpful for me when I was new to the auto lot shopping ordeal. Also, Jason, the business manager who ran me through all my signing papers was incredibly nice and explained every single question I had with patience, making my car buying process calm and collected. I love my car, and I have even taken it to a super experienced Subaru mechanic in Snohomish. He told me I got a very good deal. My only complaint is that in both the pictures that were shown on cars.com, along with when I went to see the car on a bright sunny spring day, the car was covered in water. This made it very difficult to see any damage to the exterior on the car. There isn't anything major, but over the past month I've noticed 2 dents, some scratches and rusting spots around that I hadn't noticed in my thorough look of the car. I would definitely recommend Roger Jobs to any of my friends and family as my experience with them was an excellent one.

Called them and told them I was looking for a Porsche Boxter. The manager promptly sent me an email detailing the cars they had and inviting me up to drive them. After showing me some spectacular cars in the showroom they had me drive the Boxter. After making the purchase they washed it and I took it home that day. Very professional staff. Could not be happier! Totally recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a car.

Staff was welcoming; made us feel right at home. Did everything to make the buying process smooth and worry free. Drew, our salesperson was friendly and very helpful. Made sure any questions we had,just about anything, were answered. Very stress and pressure free.

It took me a year to get up the nerve to buy a new car with my old one being 17 years old.. I decided to look at an Audi at Roger Jobs. It was such an easy experience I should have done it sooner! Everyone was so helpful and efficient and fair. It is a beautiful facility. Roger Jobs is one of the few dealerships in Bellingham that sells luxury type cars. I am so glad i do not have to drive south to have my car serviced! Dory was superb in spending hours showing me every button and getting everything set just right for me.. Not only that but he emails me checking in if I need anything or have any questions.. I am very, very pleased with a magnificent car and nice people I know will take care of it. It was a great experience and nothing like the days of old with pressure and pushiness--

I bought my wife a very nice jetta, and was extremely happy with Dory! I also really appreciate the fact every time I come by for service he says hi and checks how I'm doing. He is very professional and I'm looking to purchase a second car from him soon.
