I had a very great buying experience at Audi of Bellingham, Dory Saad is very friendly and knowledgeable. He did a great job with showing us the car and suggesting the best deals. I would recommend anybody to buy Audi in this place!

First time buyer, and needed a car. Their process was clear, pain free and there was very little pressure. The dealership was able to get me an amazing rate, put the payment where I needed it - and deliver the vehicle. 5 minutes on their webpage, 10 minutes on the phone, and 60 minutes on site. We got the test drive done, and left with the car in about an hour, which is what we were told to expect. When you offer them your business, they are by far the most professional operation I experienced. Great for students, great for upscale cars. Ask for John Roy in sales - he took care of my car needs and there's a good chance he'll help you with yours as well. After having been to two other dealerships and getting a complete runaround, I'm glad I got to see an example of how the process is SUPPOSED to work. I want to tell everyone about a great experience I had at Roger Jobs Motors in Bellingham, Wa. I bought a 2006 Mercury Montego for a fair price . The salesman I worked with was Chris Orlando. He was real easy to work with and a great guy. He was not pushy like some dealerships are. I got the car home & my girl friend noticed a lot of water under the passenger floor mat. I know it was a used car but Chris insisted I bring it back to make it right. It was a surprise to me that they wanted to do the right thing & Repair this. I took the car back in & they had it over night. They took the whole thing apart to find the leak & even picked me up the next day to bring me back to the dealership. The repair is 100% good. He was so wonderful to work with, and very knowledgeable about the car. The sales manager who walked us through the signing was also pretty great, he made the signing process quick and easy. We would recommend Jackson and Roger jobs to anyone looking at getting a quality new or used vehicle.

Nick and Chris at Roger Jobs helped my wife and I purchase a 2014 Explorer Limited from their preowned lot and it was an exceptionally easy and stressless buy for us both online and at the dealership. Very professional and thruthful in answering all questions, willing to deal without badgering, awesome test drive and knowledgable about vehicle specs and options. I purchased a pre-owned Carrera 4 last week from Roger Jobs Motors, and I had a really great car-buying experience with my salesperson Chris Orlando. In so many ways, he and this dealership went above-and-beyond my expectations. I have quite a bit of car-buying experience from having helped friends select and negotiate their Mercedes and BMW car purchases in recent years, so I can tell a good dealership and good sales person when I meet one, and Chris is definitely one of the best. Expertise: Chris was very knowledgeable about Porsche overall, and he had a lot of subject matter expertise, including the model year quirks and strengths of the 996 range across the years, all the way to the newest models. Any time I brought up a topic, he was able to have an intelligent and informed conversation about Porsche. Professionalism: After test driving the car a few weeks back, I did take some time to think it through and do more research before buying it last week. Chris was patient, and provided just the right amount of professional follow-through, without being overbearing. Courtesy & Above-And-Beyond: The weekend when I wanted to complete the purchase, my boyfriend was out of town, and I was about to impose on a friend to drive me 1.5 hours north of Bellevue to help me pick up the car. While I cannot guarantee if Chris will do this for you, he picked me up for the one-way drive to go get the 996! He went out of his way to come get me on a Saturday, which is actually his day off. Amazing. Chris also spent time showing me the exciting and super-exotic supercar models which have been allocated exclusively this dealership. Of course I took some photos to send to my brothers ? we?re talking the sick new GT3 RS as well as the new hybrid model. I hadn?t even KNOWN that Porsche had a hybrid model. I appreciated the ability to take time and look around at these cars, and everyone at the dealership was courteous, even though as a pre-owned buyer, I was certainly not one of their top spenders. I still got a lot of respect, and as a young woman, I feel like I was still treated as well as any buyer. Additionally, Chis went out of his way to make sure I knew about great drives like Chuckanut, and other information for car aficionados. Finally, Jason the finance guy was knowledgeable, showed me a number of after-market warranties (one of which I did find valuable for my needs), and was friendly and cool. Also, the next day after buying, I checked my invoice again before filing it away, and I had mistakenly thought that the tax rate had been miscalculated, so I left a voicemail about it to the dealership. Jason called me as soon as he got the message, to correct the issue, but it turns out it was me who had actually had made the mistake. No worries, no problems, he was glad everything was OK. Thanks, guys! Love this dealership, Porsche #2 will be coming from you as well, someday!
