This was a great and unique experience. . .

My 203,000 mile Hyundai Santa Fe blew a head gasket late Thursday. I got online and found a 2011 Rav4 with 58,000 that they were advertising at what I considered an excellent price. Called them from home at 9am and had a good talk with Philip(the CEO of the company). Got call back regarding the car in about 30 minutes later from Jordan. Limped my Santa Fe over to Walpole with my daughter and wife in a second vehicle. .just in case. Jordan met me in lot with the Rav4 running for a test drive and first thing he mentioned is that it needs a brake job that they will do. . .can leave car or come back with it early next week. Drove family alone in car to verify roadworthiness. Phillip stepped in and knocked another $500 off the already settled cash price while we were talking in their very small office space. They keep the space small to keep overhead prices down. I watched them interact with each other for about 45 minutes. They are basically Christian businessmen who are trying to make a living and give others a positive experience. I felt blessed by being there and drove off with a very nice Rav4 at a great price. All paperwork, including registration and new title in hand and they gave me a few hundred for the trashed Santa Fe(Fair). . . I drove to my insurance agent..paid my sales tax, then got it inspected. 6hrs and 45 minutes from first seeing the Rav to owning it and all paperwork done. I drove to my mechanic later that night. He checked out the car and kept saying I got a great deal and the Rav is in great shape for a 2011. My experience. Mark in Braintree, MA

From Aleksandr I.

Oh . this needs to be answered. I called this kind man 3 times!!! 3 times, with a request to answer the question, what is the mileage, are there any accidents, is the car accessible!??!! I was told that there are 3 cars available (19, 20,21 years old +, there is a car from another representative (Subaru) IN STOCK!!! IN STOCK ( THIS MEANS IN STOCK. AND NOT AT AUCTION WHAT THEY WERE TOLD ME!!. not a single car there was no parking lot!!! not a single one!!! did you mention a warehouse??? I didn’t see a warehouse, it’s just a garage!!! there are 10 cars on the street. people, if you ever bought a car at a dealership, you understand that you They will never offer a car for 20k dollars with damaged doors on one side!!! To which the surprisingly kind owner of this garage told me that this is a good car, I will give you a discount on repairs, we do it right in the garage! Face Palm))) ) ok, they showed me a Subaru, where the car was not in a special room, for painting (the entire right side was completely cleaned) and they offered to buy this car!))) promising that they would do it in 2 days! I am an auto mechanic engineer by training, and I was simply shocked!!! total - 70 bucks and a loss of time (I drove from another city for about 45 minutes) I was in this “excellent service” for about 20 minutes, waiting until they talked on the phone and showed the broken cars on the monitor! value your time! this “kind” man spoke very unflatteringly about another company where I showed him a car for comparison! never again, only officials

The best dealer ever

I can’t say enough about this dealership and it’s owner. I’ve been searching for a nice affordable luxury car with low mileage and all of the Bells and whistles with no success. I would get to the dealership and experience bait and switch, undisclosed imperfections, astronomical fees, and dealers looking to only finance in order to make more money on the back end. What a nightmare. Luckily, I found Phillip on cars.com. He was upfront and VERY honest about everything. He treated me like a family member and gave me the car that I Needed, wanted and could afford with no added fees. He went above and beyond with my plates and getting the car ready in less than 24 hours for me. I will DEFINITELY use him again for an electric/hybrid SUV and recommend him to my friends and family. Btw, my mom loved him and she is The MOST skeptical person I know!

Fantastic Experience

How do I say enough good things about these guys? I live in Alaska and periodically buy a car to drive home after visiting family back east. I’ve done this 5 times, 3 of them through iMotobank now. Last summer (‘21) Phil and his team *bent over backwards* to secure the van I wanted, make the transaction easy, and have it serviced & waiting. We arrived, inspected the vehicle (exactly as described, exactly as hoped for), signed some papers, screwed on the plates, and set out on our 9000 mile adventure. Perfect. When we do it again next summer, Phil will be the first guy I call. [And If you’re concerned this is a bogus review you can find me on the Siennachat forum, Search on the Alaskan who got his van in Boston.]

Bad experience

They don’t show or mention the damages on the vehicle online. I drive over an hour to see two cars and both had body damage that wasn’t shown in the pics. They office looks like a trailer park rental office from the 80’s. They seemed nice on the phone but they had an attitude like they are going above and beyond. I ended up buying a vehicle but regret it to this day. I should’ve went with my gut and went somewhere else. They refused to repair the issues on the car. They have good reviews on Google but I highly doubt those are real reviews. Look elsewhere.

False Advertising

They create fake listing to entice callers. Once you do, they tell you they don't have the car anymore, but can help you get a new one. They bring you to a website called JOINME.com and they share they're screen with you. They then proceed to try to locate a car that could be ANYWHERE. Show you what they can buy it for and then what you can buy it from them for. TOTAL SCAM. I told them nicely that this was not what I thought I was calling and I wasn't interested in doing business such as this. Then hung up. They called me multiple times from different numbers immediately afterwards harassing me despite my telling them they did not have my permission to contact me. THEN they had the AUDACITY to text me three times. I threatened legal action and BBB reporting and FINNALLY they left me alone. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
