I expressed interest in purchasing a 2018 Mercedes GLA 250 they had listed. When I called to inquire about its availability, I spoke with Rafi, who assured me the car is available for a test drive. We scheduled an appointment for the same day at 11:30 AM. After driving for 45 minutes to reach the dealership, I was informed that the car was unavailable because it hadn't passed the Maryland state inspection. This left me feeling frustrated and wondering why this information wasn't disclosed when I made the appointment. In light of the inconvenience, we agreed that Rafi would arrange for the car to be brought to me for a test drive later that day once it passed inspection. However, several hours later, when I called the dealership again, I was told that the car had indeed passed inspection, but Rafi failed to follow up, and the promised test drive never materialized. This experience left me with a strong impression of unprofessionalism and a disconnect between their promises and actions. I have decided not to engage in any further business with this dealership and would caution others to do the same. Their smooth talking does not align with their actions – it's best to steer clear.

She listened to all my concerns, was very attentive, was very knowledgeable about the makes and models I was interested in and got me in my very beautiful Mercedes s550 in no time.
