I drive past Amko Auto in Laurel all the time, and I always see they have very nice luxury cars. Today i finally decided to stop by and check the lot out and WOW! I. WAS. ASTONISHED! I was greeted by a young lady named cinthia & She Helped me throughout the whole financing process which was very fast and easy. Thanks To Cinthia and her manager Sam I Purchased my first Mercedes & words cant describe how happy I am.

Walked into this dealership and the first thing I noticed was the music... blasting so loud that I had to walk outside with the rep to talk. Second, I walked around the interior of the shop for about 5 minutes before anyone said hi, and the person who eventually came up to me saw me, and made eye contact with me as soon as I walked in. Lastly, when I emailed asking for specific 'out the door' pricing info on a particular vehicle... I never heard back from rep. Thankfully - I did find the same car elsewhere!

I’m pretty sure this stealership uses odometer rollback. There’s no way some of these cars have such low mileage, and they look in some of the worst condition. Don’t go here!!!!

I am looking to buy a S550 and I was online and reached out to this dealership and they began to contact me non-stop since my inquiry. As a matter of fact as soon as I hit send to request info someone from the dealership called me and asked if I wanted to come in to see the vehicle that day and I told them I wouldn't be able to THAT day but I could tomorrow. The car I saw online was a Pearl White Mercedes with Cream colored interior. It was a very beautiful car. I was originally looking for a car with black interior but the cream color was so pretty to me I decided to take a shot. The dealership is located in Laurel and I live in Fort Washington so for me this was an hour long drive to get there. When I finally arrived at the lot I seen that they had multiple Luxury cars at this location so I was extremely happy when I got there BUT soon came the BS. At this time they only had 1 white S550 but it wasn't the Pearl White just white and the interior was different. It was the same color but it had some things that were different. In the 2015 and above there is like this little mouse pad type device at the end of the arm rest used to navigate through different things on the screen like a cell phone touch pad, but on the 2014 and below they have the same little piece but it doesn't serve the same function. It actually has not real function at all just extra cosmetics. So I immediately knew not only that this wasn't the car I wanted but not even the same year. So when I went into the dealership a young lady came up and ask me if I had an appointment and I said yes but didn't know who with so she asked me my name and when I told her she knew who I was and said oh you are such and such with 750Li for a trade and i said yes that's me. She then told me that this guy will help you and I said ok and as soon as he comes to me when they see my car outside he then says ok I need you ID and keys to your car and I said wait first of all where is the car I came to see cause the car you have outside isn't the one. He then asked if I had a pic of the car and I said yes so I showed him the car that was online and the pic that the telemarketer sent me and he said oh you need to speak with the manager. So I said ok no problem so when I spoke with the "manager" I told him the same thing that I told the salesmen and he asked me the same question about wanting to see a pic. Then he tells me oh yeah that car got sold last night. Of course now I am upset so I asked him why didn't anyone tell me. I had been texting with your co-workers all morning and not one time did she tell me the car was gone. He said that they had been having issues with their online telemarketers and that they are fixing it. So of course I knew it was BS so I just shook his hands and preceded to leave but of course they both said we have other S550 and could get me the same deal on any of them if I wanted to look them and I said no I am good. But the thing is if someone would have just been honest and told me the car was gone I might have still came up to see them cause like I said they had a lot of cars to choose from but after reading these comments I think I really dodged the bullet. Plus I believe all of the comments that that have 5 stars are the dealership trying to do damage control. I do not believe these are actually consumers. To be honest when I went in there I the was only customer so I am not sure how they can afford to even scam people the way they do. LEAVE THIS DEALERSHIP ALONE.

Manager of this AmKo Auto at Laure are not trustworthy, Be careful what you signed because he will jack up the price without you noticing, soon as you signed the paper they will leave you and pretend that you weren’t there. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE IN MY WHOLE LIFE. Just an ordinary person to dream a nice luxury car.

Bad experience at this dealership. Amko Auto is failing to cancel warranty/ GAP contracts and issue refund after the car I purchased from them was traded in 2 months from the purchased date. All I hear is the refund has been sent but it has been over 2 months now. Out of state buyers beware this dealership will take advantage of you because of the distance. Nobody to talk to, they do not care about there integrity or business ethics. There is no one at this company that handle disputes it’s a shame. KC- who is Amko Auto owner is not visible at all, you cannot even get him on the phone. He is always traveling doesn’t leave no one around, it’s a shame. All they do is laugh on the phone as if this is a game. KC (Amko Owner) these are the people you put in front of your dealership to represent you.

I wish I could give them zero stars. Complete waste of time. Inquired about a car, gave VIN # and everything to confirm they had car. They said they did in fact have it, in fact someone was coming to look at the same car said fine please text if it gets purchased. They agreed. Made the drive for 3HOURS, arrive, to be told they don't actually have the car and straight up lied. xxxxxxxx. Save your time and money lots of better dealerships who are legit. This place based on this experience alone is grimy and not to be trusted. Find somewhere else doesn't matter if it is your dream car. THIS PLACE IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST. WORST BUSINESS PRACTICE. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. TRASH ALL AROUND. CAN'T WAIT TO SEE THEY'RE CLOSED. ILL BE CHECKING FOR IT ON THE DAILY.
