I went to go look at the Porsche Macan- the price was

I went to go look at the Porsche Macan- the price was advertised at 22.5k, upon arriving they confirmed the price in person- after the drive and me enjoying it they told me the prices was wrong and that the photographer mixed it up- the online price wasn't honored and was told they will fix the pricing (which it still wasn't after looking online). Not to mention they also have a 3.5k "certification" fee thats added on in addition to the taxes, tags, processing fee etc. Classic bait & switch STealership- save your time and money with these guys. This is the type of place where you wanna read all fine print and you hesitate after every signature you sign.

Deceptive practices and a broken sunroof

I am a hard working mom that works for a non-profit organization that was fortunate enough to purchase a Mercedes C400 on Saturday July 9, 2022. The sales associate was Rafi and the sales manager was Sam Moodi. It was that night after my purchase that I noticed my sunroof was not working properly (was this a manufacturing defect) AMKO AUTO was closed for the weekend, so I dropped my car off on Monday July 11th Once I returned, I was told that their technician would fix my vehicle later that month in which AMKO AUTO admitted full responsibility for repairs. The technician could not fix my vehicle and AMKO AUTO as told to me by Sam Moodi would order my parts. Now this is where the deception begins because Sam and another manager by the name of Moses assured me that the parts were ordered and it’s taking awhile for them to receive due to the parts being shipped from Germany. I was told to just be patient and they would call me once received. This turned into me waiting for months and constantly checking in. By the fall of 2022 I arrived at AMKO AUTO LAUREL location with a witness on 2 occasions and we both were told that the parts had arrived at the AMKO AUTO TEMPLE HILLS location. I was told by Moses and Sam that I should speak to the manager Leon Gant to have it repaired at the service location. I took a day off work and drove there only to find out the Leon had no knowledge of the parts or performing the services while another sales associate laughed at me. Leon told me to call him the week after to schedule for the repairs. Well, I tried contacting Leon and he refused to take my calls. At this point I am very upset with the deception and unprofessionalism of AMKO AUTO so I returned to the LAUREL location on February 8, 2023 asking to speak with the owner or GM. I met with Bao Huynh who also reassured me that he would take care of my car, plus provide a free oil change and a detailing. He referred me to the auto shop Paymer Phillips who specializes in fixing sunroofs. On February 22nd I was told that there was a wait on them providing me with a loaner vehicle due to the tags being delayed. I stopped by the dealer several times on my lunch break in the month of March to speak with Bao. I was told to just drop the car off, so they can repair the vehicle and put an end to this issue. Well I had waited long enough for the loaner and I needed my car repaired asap! I dropped my car off April 3, 2023 and missed time from work. Bao told me that his manager approved the estimate on April 7th only to be told by Lori (Paymer Phillips) that AMKO AUTO refused to pay for my car repair. I spoke with Sam and was told that the repair will cost more than what they earned from the commission on my vehicle. That was yet another form of unprofessionalism which has no relevance to resolve my issue. I have yet to hear from the owner KC Abbasi, so I decided to include him and his employees in this email complaint. As a consumer I deserve to receive quality customer service and a quality vehicle that I spent my hard-earned money. I work for the Maryland Food Bank Which Is a highly respected nonprofit organization that serves the community, and I missed time from work just to be mishandled. I will also provide documentation and photos to support my claim on how the timeframe for remediation was extended thus far. I went from summer of 2022 to now spring of 2023 not being able to utilize my sunroof. I did my part as a tax paying citizen and customer. The public has the right not to be ripped off and see how AMKO AUTO takes advantage of consumers by prolonging services with deceptive practices.

No excuses!

Unfortunately not worthy of any reviews. However I found my dream car which turned out to be a nightmare. Zero response when I texted or called. A sad experience. Go elsewhere...remember that you pay for what you get....

Liars and scammers

Unfortunate experience with them. First they lie then try to scam and fraud you. Hey said they have a car on the lot. Even confirmed the VIN. Few minutes later will force you to buy a different car different model and trim etc.

Unsatisfactory

I had in the car business for several years.Rhe customer service sucks at this dealership .I got the run around on my extended warranty. The didn’t call me back like the said the were going to I had to find out for myself . Plus I had an issue with the car told them about it .Took it back there and there mechanic never got back to me now the dealership warranty is up so I bet the won’t do anything for me cause I asked twice already .Would not recommend of buy another vehicle from them

10/10 Customer Service

I came here to buy myself a car and a wonderful man named Mr.KC helped me out and buy a Honda Accord in an hour! The customer service at Amko Auto is as good as it gets. I %100 percent guarantee this place to buy yourself a car!

I stopped by the dealership because they have many nice

I stopped by the dealership because they have many nice cars on the lot. I wasn't expecting much, but luckily I met Henry. He got me more than I expected on my trade and into the car of my dreams. He is the best salesman and I strongly recommend him. He will listen to your needs and help. Zil and Sam got me the monthly payment I needed. It's a great team up there.
