Typical greasy used car dealership

Warning you buyer beware. Bait and switch tactics to get you in. The used car they sold us in December 2023 looked good but after almost 5 months things are falling apart but the worst is that we were unaware of a rusted muffler that it is now detached from the car. The wind shield wiper fluid was totally empty, missing antenna...talk about buyer regret.

Ahmed was wonderful and helped me trade my car!

Ahmed was great to work with!!! Bought a 2017 Buick LaCrosse and everything g was very transparent and upfront from Ahmed and George in finance

They gave me information and a video but when i was asking about the light on the dashboard from the report they gave me he was relactand to answer me i asked about the cut on drivers seat . Nothing, i will not do business with them.

Thank You!

I was looking for a tow vehicle for our motorhome. Found a nice Fiat 500L Terkking at Merit. I called to check on it. Spoke with Tashia. She was so nice, professional and helpful on the phone. I when went to dealership and met with George. He was so helpful, honest and kind. George also impressed me with his knowledge. He was straight forward, no sales pitches but showed genuine interest in helping just find the right car fir our need. Over the course of a couple of days of working out the details, i also spoke with Katie on the phone and in the dealership. Katie always greeted my wife and I with a sweet smile and she was very professional and showed genuine interest in helping us. Finally, Matt as also very helpful, professional and knowledgeable . Never any pressure. I could not be happier with the personal service and help we received from Merit. So, to George, Tashia, Katie and Matt, thank you for wonderful service and kindness..

My entire address? City and Zip code not enough...

Would not recommend based solely on my own experience. Someone else may have a different experience than I did. Sent request online to dealership to get out the door price on a vehicle. I advised female that it is a cash out and no financing needed. She asked if new to area, etc. I explained thay I live in florida in palm coast. She asked for my address to generate a buyer's order. I gave her my zip code in palm coast. She said she needed my actual address. I told her I gave my city amd zip code and also said its flagler county but my address was still asked for. She kept trying to explain that my actual address was needed to calculate taxes. I told her I'm not even that far. I said the taxes in my zip code are the same and asked if she still needed my address and she said yes. I politely declined and ended the conversation. Thru all of it she was not rude, just the info she requested made no sense on why cash out the door price could not be given with info I did give. Hopefully the info I did give on inquiry (name, phone number and on call my zip code) won't lead to endless contacts in any form. Chose not to go further with my inquiry forbthis dealership.

Great people

This store has the best vibes. Juan was working with me for a couple days until I finally decided to purchase. Everyone here is cool and friendly. Will definitely be coming back when I need another vehicle.

Had an amazing experience with Juan, he was super patient and not pushy at all. I can be a little annoying sometimes with my questions and due to my past bad experiences but he really showed me there good sales people out there! Thank you again!
