Everyone was very pleasant - salesperson (Giulia) was very nice and helpful, process was smooth, cars on lot all looked nice and clean. They hadn’t done some of the maintenance items yet, since the car was just in, but they did them while we were purchasing, without me even asking, and I’d never have known if they didn’t do these things - impressive!
