Customer service is terrible. Every step of purchasing a vehicle has been a rough process. Was advised needed a co-signer. The co-signer was set up as buyer. When discussed advised it doesn’t matter. I was told the small details needing repaired would be done. To bring it in the following week. Brought truck in to be told by service department they couldn’t make repairs until January (in mid November). Brought truck back in and now being told repairs are at my expense.Sales manager became verbally abusive and got into my face attempting to intimidate me into seeing things his way. Every person dealt with from finance to general manager to service department are awful. If I was able to return the truck and go elsewhere I would. Will NEVER do business with Lithia again and suggest to everyone in search of a vehicle to go anywhere but Lithia.

Thank you for taking the time to share your recent experience at Lithia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Bend. We want each customer to be completely satisfied upon visiting us, and the impression you received from our dealership is not okay. We would sincerely appreciate the opportunity to amend the situation, so please contact me directly. Thank you. Regards, Lithia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Team
Who am I supposed to contact directly? The Whole team? Our experience with Bend Dodge has been the worst car buying experience of my lifetime. From the beginning we have been told one thing and delivered another, we have been misinformed, misdirected, and lied to. We wanted the deal set up as myself being the primary and my friend as the guarantor. We attempted to relay this to the finance team on multiple occasions but was told “it doesn’t matter.” She was still listed as the principal purchaser. Apparently what doesn’t matter to you guys is the customers wishes. Over a month later and the sales manager tells me for the first time that they do that in order to get the lowest payment for the better credit. Ok. Did anyone discuss this with the customer or do we just make these decisions all on our own? It's not their credit. Im sure it doesn’t matter. She was told to just write in the address where she wanted correspondence delivered. She did so only to be told that was wrong at a cost of $70.00 for the overnight freight. The finance manager was very rude to her insisting that she sign the new document so the dealership could get paid. My backs against the wall. My pickup is bleeding out in the parking lot and I need a new one to get back to work. Thanks for the burger. They knew I had to be hungry I've been on your lot all day. Eat up and sign away. Im fat and happy driving away in my new truck until the engine lights start popping on. Less than 24 hours later and Im back on the sales floor with a laundry list of issues on the pickup. At this point Im assured that it will all be taken care of. Make an appointment with the service department. They can’t get it in for a month. I get that. Understandable. Can we at least get the reader on it and assure me that Im not going to break down? Ok were fine. The month goes by and I bring the pickup in to service. Im shuttled home by a kindly older gentleman and told I could be picked up when the vehicle is ready. I’ll have to take the day off. 5:30 in the afternoon and I haven’t heard anything about the pickup so I gave Rob a call. He says we have to order parts and have you bring it back in. By the way the shuttle driver has gone home. You’ll have to find your own way back. Thankfully my nephew was available. They didn’t do a thing not even the oil Rob falsely claims they changed. I’ve never seen new oil that dark nor a new oil filter that corroded. Would you like to see the pictures? Fast forward a couple weeks and Rob sends me a text saying that the warranty company will only cover the wiper motor and gives me an estimate of $2200.00 and change to cover the rest. What? I thought we were waiting on parts. $30,000.00 isn’t enough to insure the vehicle is working properly? The next day I’m back on the sales floor looking for some satisfaction. Im directed by the sales manager to wait in the hall while he and Rob go and whisper to each other in the corner. The offer is that the service department will pay a third, the sales department will cover a third, and I’m expected to pay a third. $800.00 is going to cover the cost. All they're losing is the markup. About the fourth time the sales manager told me he was trying to help me I told him he was full of $hit so he came charging at me like a bull elk and got up in my face but backed away when he realized I would stand my ground. He demanded I leave but I held on for them to bring me the paperwork they neglected to give me when we purchased the vehicle. I am very disappointed in the entire transaction. Not only is the paperwork incorrect but the repairs I was assured would be taken care of are being refused. Not once has there been anyone from the Lithia group who has tried to help us resolve this appropriately.
Automated responses don’t give a $hit.
Advertised prices are not ACTUAL prices...
They advertise vehicles on here for WAY less than their actual price. Then, when you call them, they inform you that it's the website's fault (cars.com) for the price, and the truck is actually $20k more than advertised.

Service Department is rude when asked detailed questions...
Service Department is rude when asked detailed questions about the service they did on the customer's vehicle and where it is written down on the paperwork. Almost feels like a burden to be there. When I picked up my truck I got told to wait til my truck is pulled forward to the door after I said I will get it from the parking lot because I saw where it was parked and checked it out before I went into the building. The lady literally walked away from me with my keys after my request to get my own vehicle without saying one word, then sat in the truck for 3, 4 minutes to check her PHONE before pulling it forward. Absolutely unacceptable to treat customers like that & to hang out in customers vehicles !!

Nightmare Service Experience
Brought in Ram 3500 for mechanical issues… turbo charger replacement and transmission replacement…paid $15000! in repairs. The “extended coverage agreement” was B.S. (Covered Nothing!) Oh! and the cost was over $400 more at pickup than “approved estimate 3 days prior. Customer service is horrible! Left multiple messages with service center that went unanswered. Had to physically show up to service center for answers. Had truck on-site for 2+ months! Again… did I mention how aggravating and unhelpful the service techs were( I won’t mention names!). I hope and pray that I will NEVER need the services of Lithia Dodge in Bend again! There are good Dodge mechanics that will provide you better service and overall experience that are NOT associated with this company!

I pulled into the Bend Lithia RAM dealer with a DEF code on my truck. The service mgr Mr Jordan took time out of a stressful day to explain to me what the code meant and what i had to do to clear the code. I am very appreciative of his advice as we were able to continue on our trip. GRC

Thank you so much for giving us the opportunity to earn your business. I will certainly pass the kind words along to the team. Please let us know if we can do anything further to help. Regards, Lithia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Team
I know that these are tough and stressful times for many people that own newer and bigger trucks as well as dealers that are trying to provide parts and labor to keep these trucks on the road. I can tell you that in my case and my circumstance the effort that Mr Jordan put forth made a huge difference in making a potentially disastrous situation one that worked out OK. Again my thanks to Mr Jordan/Service Mgr. Ray Clark Morgan Utah

Horrible buying experience. Promised our car in 3 or 4 days. A month later, still not here and had to cancel. Poor communication and never completely honest. Also jacked up the price because of demand (but we were willing to pay to get the car quickly).

I got a call from a sales manager after I filled out the dealership's own review. She left a message two days ago. I called her back and left a message that morning saying she could call me back. No response.
