Easy Peasy Lease Experience

I went in a week or two ago because I saw Jetta lease deals being advertised. I've been to VW Van Nuys in the past and remembered having an easy time purchasing my Rabbit about 10 years ago so I figured I'd give it another try. It does appear they have new management since but the great service has not changed. I was pleasantly greeted by Monsey when I arrived for my appointment to check out the Jetta. She took me on a no rush test drive. I wanted to make sure to drive the car in a few situations. When we got back to the dealer she went over all the lease terms and they were just as I had been told on the phone. The only remaining question was my trade in value on the Rabbit. The manager Kevin, came out and made the negotiations friendly, honest, and in the end we reached a fair deal. Bam Im now driving my new Jetta! Thanks VW Van Nuys. I'll be returning in 36 months!

I am satisfied.

Everything was performed to my satisfaction. Everyone was knowledgeable and did a great job. Armin, my service technician, knows everything. This was just a routine oil, filer, and brake fluid change.

Great service and quick which is what I need

Great service and quick which is what I need. Good experience, good follow up and very comfortable waiting room with massage chair and wifi as well.

scammers

Truman De a Cruz.... if you want to meet a lying worthless joker go see this guy. Caught and proved him lying 3 times. He apologized each time and moved on to the next one. Walked out went to another dealer and had my car in 20 minutes with the best deal as offered by factory. Van Nuys VW stay away from

Staff service

Marcia has attended us several times and she makes sure the tech support resolves the issues. Though all other staffers deliver good service, we feel so comfortable with Marcia Gay.

Great experience!

We had a very good experience, Olivier explained all the options in detail and was very helpful, even though they were closing soon. Nice, professional and very efficient! I am enjoying my new VW, thank you!

no hassle

This dealership was the best! Mr. Truman Delacruz went above and beyond to make sure we get the great deal for our money. Gave us all the suggestion and good advise and no pressure from him like other sales agent. He was professional and made our first leasing experience pleasurable . I would recommend Truman Delacruz to anyone who is looking to lease a vehicle

From top to bottom, great team made it happen

My daughter wanted to lease the new VW Atlas. As a cosigner, Kevin Orsoto and the team dealt with many small details - made it happen!

Great Customer Service

I would say this was the most positive experience I've had purchasing a vehicle. I spent 2 weeks shopping around town, looking at different vehicles and makes. VW Van Nuys was the first and only dealership which the sales rep (Christian) took the time to explain about the car without me asking. There was a sincere interest in customer service vs just trying to push and sell me a car. It felt like I was shopping with a friend and not a "car salesman". I was a little annoyed that mgmt later switched vehicles on me without my prior authorization or informing me first before presenting paperwork. I had to question them on it when I noticed the VIN # was different. This caused me to start questioning their honesty and had me at a defensive but it was for the best since the vehicle I test drove had a dent and scratch not previously seen. If it wasn't for this last minute issue, I would have given 5 stars. Sales mgr was also great and helped me get the best deal on the car. The more I learn about the car and compare with others in the same category, I see just how much value I really got out of this purchase. Overall it was a relatively stress-free experience and everyone were very accomodating. In short, I'm loving my new Jetta Sport!

Friendly same day service

We took our VW Beetle in for its yearly service and Marcia immediately came out to greet us. We got the car back later that same day even though the 40,000 mile service was quite extensive. The service department recommended a couple of extra items so Marcia texted me to find out if I wanted to add them. Since the service was quite expensive I was happy to be able to use a coupon that I had received in the mail, which reduced the price by 21%. Overall it was a pleasant and easy service experience.
