Appt for 9:30 am for oil change, tire rotation, car wash.

Appt for 9:30 am for oil change, tire rotation, car wash. Car made it to the oil change rack around 10:45. At 11:35 was told we were number 3 in line for the wash. We had another appt and had to leave. Came back to the dealership around 2pm for the car wash. Car loaners are no longer available? Don?t call the Service, no one answers, leave a msg only was my experience which includes Service person and Service Mgr. purchased my vehicle, always new personal, seem to have a large turnover of personal, tells a lot about a Dealership. Did not like the service paperwork did not show my tires were rotated, Service said it was done and showed me a number on my paperwork? Ask the Service person for a list of services showing prices for detailing, oil changes etc. looks this does not exist?

Manny McGhee was an exceptional car salesman.

Manny McGhee was an exceptional car salesman. Easy to deal with and negotiated an exceptional deal. We did everything over phone being three hours away. I have bought over 20 cars in my lifetime, he was the best.

Immediate diagnostics and help with very little wait time and very affordable service. Its surprising for a dealer, the dealer is usually the most expensive but I'm delighted. They were affordable courteous and fast.

Had starting issue the day before .

Had starting issue the day before . Called and brought the Acura in next morning and was diagnosed and battery replaced under warranty no charge . Fast and reliable service
