I was a bit apprehensive going to Performance for the first time since it changed hands from Norman Gale. I asked them to complete a 45 K service package and everything went well. Very professional - good communication, applied a competitor's coupon, helped with an emissions issue at no charge- processed it under warranty, asked about the extended warranty and offered to call if needed, but it was not necessary. Offered me a ride back and a pickup to retrieve car. I'll definitely go back.
