John barker was excellent to deal with.

John barker was excellent to deal with. Looking forward to dealing with him again in the future Although I chose the premium pick up and drop off, the pickup was incredible but was not offered the drop off. Which is confusing to me because I had to leave work early in order to pick up my vehicle and I had to make arrangements in order to do so.

My experience at Performance was very good.

My experience at Performance was very good. I was there early and it opened right on time. Norman was there waiting for me. He went thru everything they were going to do and an approximate cost. I waited in the waiting area, checked out the vehicles on the floor. Norman then came to me letting me know it would be ready in a few minutes. He explained the bill and then I was off. It was well done.
