Inadequate Communication: The salesman’s responses were dismissive and unprofessional, especially when he mentioned dealing with a "lying youth pastor" and making only $100 from the sale. This reflects poorly on the dealership's customer service standards. Reactive Approach: The dealership only responded to the customer's complaint after a negative review was posted, showing a reactive rather than proactive approach to customer satisfaction. Unprofessional Conduct: The salesman’s use of informal language and sarcasm ("Lmao") in his messages is unprofessional and disrespectful.

I recently purchased a car from Michael “Pickle”
I recently purchased a car from Michael “Pickle” McMorris, and while the buying process was smooth, I encountered some issues post-sale that left me disappointed. Shortly after the purchase, I discovered a broken headlight. When I approached the Michael about it, he insisted it was my responsibility, which I understand as the buyer. However, I felt they could have handled the situation with more integrity and better customer care. Additionally, I later found out the car had been in a wreck, information that was not disclosed to me during the sale. Despite asking for the Carfax report multiple times, it was never provided. This lack of transparency was concerning and could have been easily avoided with better communication. Overall, while the initial experience was satisfactory, the follow-up and customer service left much to be desired. I hope they can improve their post-sale support and transparency for future customers.
