I purchased two Jaguar F-Type cars from this dealership during 2021. I was extremely satisfied with my car shopping experience at this dealership. Justen Green was my sales person on both occasions. He provided me with excellent service; he is very knowledgeable about cars (not just a sales guy; but, a real car guy). He was never pushy; I never felt that I was pushed into buying these cars. I give Justen Green a 10+ and recommend him highly to other potential customers. Plus, the entire team at this Dealership is extra-ordinary; every one that I have interacted with so far (in sales, service, reception and detailing) has been very customer-oriented. I had an exceptional experience with my recent purchase. Thano Drivas went above and beyond to find me the perfect car! There are typically two places I don't enjoy working with sales people - car dealerships and furniture stores. We all know the stigma. From the moment I met Thano, I knew I had found a guy I could trust - Thano took the time to listen, understand my situation, and worked hard to figure out a scenario that would work for me. Never once did I feel like I was being "sold". In fact, quite the opposite - I felt Thano sincerely had my best interest in mind - the ultimate compliment! Sewell has a great name in the industry, Thano is definitely a tremendous asset. The entire process was simple and amazingly efficient. I would absolutely buy from him again and refer anyone I know his way. Thank you Sewell and, in particular, thank you Thano! I'm absolutely in love with my new ride!

Just purchased a Range Rover Sport from Sewell Jaguar...
Just purchased a Range Rover Sport from Sewell Jaguar Land Rover North Austin. We worked with Thano - who could not have been more professional and helpful. The whole experience was totally stress free. I was in the UK when my car arrived, so Thano made arrangements with my husband to have both the car and the paperwork ready to go the day after my return. We were in and out of the showroom at record speed, after a thorough tutorial by Thano on every thing I needed to know about my new car. Just fabulous! I've owned a Range Rover before and used the dealership in the South where the service both on the buying and service side was appalling, In fact it was so bad, that we ended up going to Audi to buy my last car!! Thank you Thano and Sewell, I'm so happy to be driving a Range Rover again.

Sewell is a welcome addition to the Jaguar/Land Rover scene in Austin. Having experience with both dealerships, I can tell you there is no need to go downtown for sales or service. Thano helped us choose/purchase our new Range Rover, and I'll never use anyone else for our future purchases. Honest, personable, knowledgeable, and committed to the highest level of service, Thano would be an asset to any business. Kudos to Sewell for their ability to attract such talent. After one transaction, I feel like Thano is a friend.

He was extremely knowledgable about the vehicle, great communication, and even added a few meaningful touches along the way. I have never received this level of professionalism and courtesy when buying a vehicle, or really anywhere for that matter. What an exceptional purchasing experience! From the time I first walked into the Sewell Landrover dealership on a freezing day in February to when I picked up my brand new 2022 Defender this week, it has been a thoroughly satisfying experience. My salesman, Thano Drivas is fantastic. Over the months he has been professional, well informed, patient, courteous and extremely responsive. When we realized that I would have to order my new car (because of the limited inventory worldwide) it was like two car guys setting up their dream car. He was very knowledgeable on the multitude of options and trim levels. He knew what was available and how long it would take to build it out. Most importantly to me, he answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. Trust me, I had a lot of questions. When my car arrived early, I was away on vacation in Hawaii. Thano sent me photos and kept the car secure indoors for the month I was gone. On delivery day my car was in a glass enclosed room, sparkling like a Pangea green jewel. True to form, Thano spent well over an hour reviewing all aspects of the car. He programmed my profile, demonstrated all of the electronics and even added a few extra goodies as a thank you for my business. I have purchased many many cars in my life. I have never had a better, more gratifying purchase experience. Bar none!
