Purchased a new Range Rover from Thano Drivas at Sewell. Because of COVID, there were a number of issues we had to deal with….all out of the control of Thano/Sewell. Thano was great with keeping us updated with the status of the vehicle. He when out of his way to make the entire purchase process a wonderful experience. Can’t say enough about how helpful/patient Thano was with showing me how everything in the car worked/setting up all the settings in the new car. A+ experience!

Sewell Land Rover is the WORST SERVICE COMPANY I have...
Sewell Land Rover is the WORST SERVICE COMPANY I have ever dealt with. I brought my Land Rover in because the service light came on. After having the vehicle for 2 week and $4,700.00 I received a text saying it was ready to be picked up. After driving the vehicle for 1 day the service light came on. I scheduled to drop it off on Saturday morning thinking it would be an easy reset. I was very wrong! I had no response fro Sewell service department for a week. I called repeatedly being promised a call back. After another week I final receive a text saying they were checking the work that was done and they needed a special tool that they were waiting on. Another 4 days went by and finally received a call saying there were 2 options available. They needed to do a chemical treatment to remove the sludge build up but were not sure it would solve he problem. The other option was to replace the entire engine. My response was this was supposedly already done and payed for. The service manager said I will look into it and see what I can do. 3 days later I receive a text that the vehicle was ready to be picked up. No followup call, no explanation of what they will do and the service light is still on. To top it off some of the same parts were replaced 18 months earlier. I will never buy another Land Rover again and never do any business with Sewell! I am trading my Land Rover in as soon as I can find someone to take it! Absolutely the worst!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I live in Ft. Worth but am a Sewell loyalist so chose Sewell Land Rover in Austin to get my new Range Rover. It was well worth the 3 hr drive back and forth! Sewell is consistently stellar in its customer service and this experience is included. Thano was super easy to deal with, very responsive and worked with me on all of the various details.
