I got there at my appointment time and Tyler was so

I got there at my appointment time and Tyler was so friendly. He checked my car in and showed me to the waiting room. Also offered me snacks and coffee from there snack room. Told me it shouldn't take more than an hour. He was right. 45 minutes later I was on my way. Very professional and friendly.

My Adviser is an excellent employee.

My Adviser is an excellent employee. He went out his way to assist me. I came to buy a tire. He told me the tire can be patched for now. I am so grateful for his empathy, kindness, love, Christian warmth and goodness. Joe Bullard need to give Tyler at Joe Bullard an outstanding Award. I have been dealing with this Chevrolet Dealership for more than 12 years. I have bought 3 Chevrolets cars in the past. I am 61 years old and I have never met an Advisor like him. He even texted me three times to see if I needed anything. On a scale of 1 out of a 100, I give him a 150%. He will truly be blessed and have favor, in Jesus mighty name, amen.

You guys better off looking else where Lee Thomas and Lee

You guys better off looking else where Lee Thomas and Lee Carter will get you in a car and never respond back to you. Title lady here doesn’t respond back to emails and overall no one answers the phone. I ordered my car they didn’t even have the common decency to tell me when it was coming, the car delivery service was the worst people ever hardly spoke English and just left my car in the snow! Smh I got the car and can’t even enjoy it because I have no temp tag like that don’t even makes no sense.
