I recently purchased my second Lexus from this dealership. I want to thank isabella and Frankie they were both great and very professional to work with.

I rarely do this but I was really impressed with Lindsay. I worked with Lindsay on a 2022 BMW m550, which I picked up on Saturday. I have owned 28 cars in my lifetime of driving (37 years) and most have been dealership purchases, and many from a distance. I felt strongly enough about the way I was treated (during the introductions, during the negotiation process, even during pick up of the car) that I was compelled to leave a review. Lindsay was extremely professional, yet very friendly throughout the process. I can’t really put it into words except to say this…I will actively search Lindsay out when the time comes for me to buy another car, which is usually every 9 - 18 months. There are not many salespeople that I have dealt with that I can say that about. Some I reach out to specifically because they have a certain car. Lindsay I will reach out to because of how the process felt working with her. I can’t say enough good things about how I felt about her and because of that, about your dealership.

Lucas was an amazing salesman. He was patient and understanding throughout the entirety of the purchase and clearly explained the documents and other proofs required for the purpose. He was knowledgeable about the scope of the vehicle and the test drive route check marked all the road conditions, windy up hill, highway and street.
