I was pleasantly surprised working with my experience working with everyone at Darcars, particularly with the salesman Yiannis. He was extremely professional and went out of his way to address all of my concerns with the vehicle. Car salesman has developed a bad reputation, but Yiannis gave me plenty of space and time to look over the vehicle at my own pace. I never felt rushed or coerced to commit to buying the vehicle.He came across as both honest and trustworthy.

Let me start by saying that I went to couple of dealers prior to visiting DARCARS Lexus of Mount Kisko. From my first encounter with Jillian Cruz, I felt comfortable with her. I had some requests and she immediately honored them. When I arrived at the dealership, Bruno my sales representative couldn’t be more welcoming. As we were talking about the car that I was interested in, we also discussed personal experiences and we connected. I was looking at a 2023 model and I ended up buying a 2025 model. Bruno’s helped me negotiate a great deal. He is a stand up man and if you have the need of a vehicle, I truly encourage you to trust him to assist you. Finally, my last contact at the dealership was with Seth (Financial Manager) and he didn’t disappoint me. Overall my experience at DARCARS of Mount Kisko was great! Working with the team was a pleasant experience. From expelling their pricing to the warranties, and everything that followed. Yiannis was patient in working with me and navigating the particulars of my purchase given that it was a holiday and I didn’t have a previous auto insurance carrier. I had to come the next day to get the vehicle and he picked me up from the train station. The sales manager even added the Darcars assurance as part of the deal. I have known Mr. Anthony Scott since he was 12 years old. We have many outstanding memories I would live again. I have never seen Mr. Scott make a bad decision. With that said, I know the company that he works for will be the best. Mr. Scott brings leadership, professionalism, will go out of his way because of his heart and dedication to his craft as he has always has, even on the football field. I would to go to any dealership to buy a car as long as Mr. Anthony Scott is the person doing the paperwork.
