Replaced emblem on steering wheel for air bag Recall. I have been waiting for this emblem for at least seven months. I have been coming to this dealership for 24 years.

Drove up to dealership-explained my dilemma to Service advisor’s Mark and Hassan. Expected to be told sorry-we are overwhelmed with appts ( and they were). But they were willing to listen to my issue and offered a quick diagnostic service which indicated my problem (a check engine light) would soon reset. Drove off only after having oil/lube and tire rotation within an hour. Recommend 5 stars for these guys.
