Feldman Chrysler : They have a lot of cars! Ari Dunne( Sale Consultant) was friendly and helpful! He answered our questions. He asked what cars we would be interested in. He is 10! Also Tyrone Jackson ( in Finance) was friendly and answered questions! He is 10! The process in lease the car was quick & convenient! We have used this company in the past! Service in the past we used and they are friendly and helpful too!

2019 Used Jeep Compass Purchase
Very happy with price; not sure of other aspects of transaction. Paid $1,500 for a supposed "bumper-to-bumper" upgrade to the "Chrysler Certified Pre-Owned" warranty which was presented to me to be an upgrade to that coverage. Called Chrysler Certified Pre-Owned later and found out it was an "in-house" Feldman warranty which pisses me off immensely. It was presented as an upgrade to Chrysler warranty and it was not. Finance Director says we are good anywhere in U.S. with it, but I received no documents, literature or paperwork with it. I am very uncomfortable at this point and question if it is an upgrade as he claims. He clearly mislead me about it being a Chrysler product. Had he been honest and said it was an in-house Feldman dealer contract I would not have purchased it being 50 miles away. It totally took away from the perception of the Chrysler purchasing experience for such a high-end dealership. Turned it into a question of was I scammed? When I called Feldman's own Service Advisor he kept telling me "talk to your salesman" after the sale was completed. I can't help but feel the experience now feels like a "low-budget used car lot deal" on a beautiful Jeep Compass for my daughter. Finance Manager claims we have best warranty in the business...doesn't feel like it at all.
