Loved dealing with Katie Koroleva. She was a very informative sales person. Not at all pushy! She knew everything about the Lexus we were considering and was able to answer all our questions. We would definitely suggest that you call Katie if you are interested in buying a Lexus.

Lexus of Greenwich CT Bought GX 460 2012

My wife and I recently purchased a new GX460 from Lexus of Greenwich in CT. The service provided by all the staff there was tremendous especially our sales person, Katie Koroleva. I would highly recommend if your in the market for a car to go to Greenwich and ask for Katie. We were looking at a bunch of cars the Audi Q7, Acura MDX, and a few others we eventually decided on the Lexus GX 460 because we loved the car but we really got a great vibe from all the staff at Lexus of Greenwich.

My wife and I recently purchased a new GX460 from Lexus of Greenwich in CT. The service provided by all the staff there was tremendous especially our sales person, Katie Koroleva. Lexus of Greenwich knows that its vehicles have a...

Lexus of Greenwich knows that its vehicles have a recurring mold problem. My RX had a mold problem which they tried to fix 7 times, but have not been able to fix it. Notwithstanding the danger to health, they continue to give me back the vehicle with the mold.

Such a pleasure to buy my first Lexus in Greenwich

What a pleasure it was to work with Katie at Lexus of Greenwich. I had been looking at a couple of brands of cars for many months, but truly it wasn't until Katie took me out and gave me a thorough explanation and demonstration of all that the car featured, that I was sold. Katie's knowledge and professionalism was exemplary. She was patient with my decision making and learning curve. What I also appreciated was the friendly service and ease of negotiating my lease. I was very happy when ultimately, she met my price. I feel completely satisfied with a great deal! Including a few extras!! Each person that I saw at Lexus was open, friendly and welcoming. It's clear why they are a top dealership in the area. They seem to go above and beyond to earn your business. As for the car.... I LOVE it. It rides very smoothly, is extremely quiet and has all the bells and whistles of a luxury car. My favorite feature is the keyless entry/start/exit lock. How convenient it is to never have to look for a key again. All in all, I am a very happy new Lexus member.

This dealership has demonstrated a total lack of concern...

This dealership has demonstrated a total lack of concern for the customer and honestly trashes the fine name Lexus has built over the years? My most recent experience had them charge me 150 for a loaner car they did not disclose. When identified, they didn't appear to care, nor would they take it off the bill.

By far this is the best experience ever!!!!!! I had went to a dealer near Lexus of Greenwich and the staff was not like Greenwich, the service tech they had me talk was not very helpful very disrespectful .. I went to Lexus of Greenwich and was helped by Matthew, he was by far the best and most helpful and best experienced person !!!!!!! Thank you Lexus of Greenwich

They excel in the old bait and switch. NOT ONE ISSUE on...

They excel in the old bait and switch. NOT ONE ISSUE on the sales or finance terms were solid. They always came back with a worse price for the car, trade-in or interest rate... One example they use is unbelievably from the 1970's. They have permanently printed on the sales papers "$179 window etching". Then you tell them you don't want it. Then they do it anyway, and tell you they will just take it off YOUR DOWN PAYMENT! Which means you still pay for it. I could go on and on..

Service Center

I recently just had my RX serviced at Mt Kisco service center and couldn have had a better experience. I believe its hard to find oodservice these days but Lexus did not disappoint. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with smiles and positive energy regardless of just how busy it was in that place. The most surprising part was that they had an RX loaner for me too. At the end of the day when I picked my RX up, everything was topped off & it had even gotten a fresh wash. Il be back in 6,000 more miles!
