Katie was excellent in determining what was most important to me in the purchase of a new car, rather than just asking me what I wanted. She was extremely patient and thorough about everything from the moment I walked into her office right through to the delivery. I highly recommend the dealership and Katerina!

Lexus of Geenwich

A very pleasant buying experience dealing with Katie Koroleva and all her colleagues who pitched in to help. I did not fee that I was rushed or hustled, got a very good lease and a great car, along with excellent after-purchase service. I would highly recommend going to this dealership....

Please note that I was very pleased with the entire user experience from Katie K and her collleagues at Lexus Greewich; their service was great and I was in and out quickly as shopping for cars is not one of my pleasures. The car is great too and would whole-heartedly recommend the dealership...thanks.

never buy a used car there

I bought a used car from them, the mileage on it was only 10400 miles, but they said the tires have to be changed and I have to pay for them. Then I paid them 500 bucks and they changed them, I chacked that the price for one tire should be $496, for two, it should be over 900. They just give me two used tires, where did they get these two used tires, from the car I bought or other places. But they said they were brand new. This car only run 10400 miles, is it possible that the tires has to be changed? Just think about it!

Katie was very knowledgeable about the vehicles we were...

Katie was very knowledgeable about the vehicles we were looking at and made the process go very smoothly when we finally selected the LS300 Hybrid. They had a program where we could take the car overnight. Wow. That was great to try out the car in all the variety of ways we would use the car. They sharpened the pencil and we got an acceptable overall deal with our tradein as well.

Lexus of Greenwich review

This is a telephone review only. After speaking with a salesperson and explaining that I wanted to negotiate a good/fair price I never received a return call. I was willing to purchase a certified pre owned and Lexus of Larchmont would negotiate a fair price.

Great sales agent, great service and support plans, good...

Great sales agent, great service and support plans, good car. Looked at Audi, found sales agent arrogant and unknowledgeable about car (kept having to find out answers). Kept insisting car "sold itself", would have to, he wasn't going to. Katie was great, knowledgeable, not pushing. Point out car advantages, service plan and support. Car was for wife: clincher was decent price on service, loaner car, car wash and roadside service plan.

so helpful when I was in tears!

I came into the parking lot in tears and everyone was so helpful. They gave me a water bottle to xalm me down and helped me with my Chevrolet which was making a loud noise. They put the car up on the lift and apparently my emergency brake had been routed through he was so nice and took it off and put it in a box and fill my tire pressure .I will definitely think about purchasing a Lexus car because of the service at this dealership .thank you guys so much !
