Great First Car Buying Experience, Would Recommend

This being my first car buying experience, I had expectations of a long, arduous, and back-and-forth process of trying to get a new car for a great price, but Stuckey Mitsubishi, Dillon Gildea, and Jason Parsons made it quick, efficient, and even, I dare say, fun. They're both very congenial, polite, humorous, knowledgeable, and easygoing with awesome attitudes that immediately freed me from all the stress of the experience that I was expecting. Dillon was an excellent salesman to work with, both digitally and in person, he always got back to me in a timely manner, answered any questions, and offered assurances and advice to get me into my new 2023 Mirage in the quickest and cheapest way. Despite the daunting task of financing, Jason was able to easily to assure my stressed self, explain any jargon and contractual obligations, and offer the best value packages available. Just a great overall first car buying experience that really set the bar for all future ones. Thank you Dillon, Jason, and Stuckey Mitsubishi!

Go elsewhere!

Dylan was great helping us with our purchase and advocating for us. I give him 5 stars! The dealership and the service department really do not provide good customer service. The service manager, Bob, was very rude to us over an issue that was 100% their fault. I agree with the other recent reviews that you should look elsewhere and not purchase a car from this dealership. Apparently customer service is not their priority. They have lost our business!

Worst dealership car shopping experience!!

After a year long exhausting search, we recently (June- 2023) tried to purchase a used 2019 Infinity Q60 they had in their lot. Drove to hours to view this car in person and test drove it. We liked the car. Left the dealership and spent the whole week haggling over price via emails & texts with sales staff. Finally made a decision a week later to purchase this specific vehicle. Once at the dealership we were given paperwork to fill out and asked to complete a customer survey BEFORE we even purchased the car which I found extremely odd?? We were then told we needed to purchase a vehicle warranty at an additional cost of $4k above asking price!!! We’re also told by the GM Ian, that the last two infinity vehicles sold from this dealership had severe engine issues and that the warranty purchased would cover any mechanical issues such as this. This was NOT mentioned in our first trip to this dealership. In other words we were blindsided by the cost of the warranty because we believe they were losing a great deal of money on the sale of this vehicle after it was reduced multiple times every two weeks since listing it for sale. In addition, upon my arrival I asked where the car was so we can take one last look before purchasing it… the GM said, ” they’re working on it.” We never saw this vehicle a second time. This was an incredible waste of our valuable time and travel. It was also the second two hour trip one way to this dealership. In my experience of purchasing cars in the past years, this was the absolute WORST encounter I have ever had with any dealership. Talk about “bait & switch” tactics!! Do yourself a favor and stay clear of this dealership ( Stuckey Mitsubishi- State College PA) The very worst car buying experience in my opinion.

Low stress purchase

Just want to thank the staff at Stuckey Mitsubishi state college for a pleasant buying experience. Special thanks to Adam Keller for helping us find the car we were looking for!

Do not recommend them

I called the day before to make sure the car I was interested in was on the lot. They then called me the morning of and confirmed that I was coming to look at it and after I drove 30 minutes they sold the car. Even though I had just confirmed I would be there in 2 hours. Will NEVER buy a car from them. No regard for there customers. Adam and Amanda were who screwed me over.

Unsatisfied customer

Service is terrible - I have never got the service that I requested anytime I have taken my Mitsubishi outlander for service or to have it detailed. I call and express my concerns and nothing is ever done to satisfy me the paying customer!

Great car buying experience

My wife and I bought a new 2023 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross from Stuckey Mitsubishi. This was by far the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Adam, Jason and Ian were fantastic!!! If you’re looking for an all around great buying experience go see these gentlemen because they’re great at taking care of all your car buying needs.

Do not buy any vehicle from this dealership

I bought a used vehicle from Stuckey Mitsubishi little over a month ago. I was told that they were going to do a category 1 detail on this vehicle after I purchased it because it had a cigarette smell in it. I dropped it off and all they did was put an air freshener under the seat. This did nothing for the smell. I was also promised weather tech floor mats. They told me they would have to order them. It’s been over a month and no floor mats. I called the dealerships manager and left a message and never got a response. I strongly suggest buying a car elsewhere because their service after the sale sucks xxx!!!!!!

Just had to take the time to write a review for the sale

Just had to take the time to write a review for the sale staff at the State College location. I was so fortunate to get Adam Keller as my sale person. This is the first time in 42 years that was able to purchase a new vehicle and Adam was more than helpful making sure that I was getting the best car. He did not once make me feel uncomfortable or pressured me into something. He made sure that all of my questions were answered and he took his time to explain and show me how things worked. Then working with Will on the financing end, took the time to make sure that I was comfortable. I would like to thank others that I was introduced to, but can't remember all of there name. But to them, thanks. All in all, a 10 out of 10 review, looking forward to a beautiful great car and many years of great service. To all who are reading this and is thinking of Stuckey Mitsubishi of State College, you will go wrong! Thanks so much for a great experience.

Spoke with Zack. Very nice to deal with. Answered all my questions and not pushy. Same with manager and the finance person. No xx. Detailed and delivered the vehicle. Great dealership. I will do more business with them in the future. And happy with my 2017 Outlander. Handles great in the snow!
