Purchased new in 07/23.

Purchased new in 07/23. Review 01/26. Been to the dealer twice for minor warranty work. Seamless buying process and service work completed in great time. No hanging out at the dealership because they were behind like others I have been to.

Adam Keller was great to work with.

Adam Keller was great to work with. I highly recommend him, as he knows his stuff, is responsive, easy to work with, and avoids using high-pressure tactics. Nice facility too.

Top-notch customer service!

Top-notch customer service! I took my 2025 Mitsubishi Outlander in for an oil change, which they were able to get me in very quickly. I was pleasantly surprised to find out the oil change would be at no charge, as this was the first oil change since I had purchased the vehicle. They kept me updated throughout the appointment and when the service was complete, I was told it would be just a few minutes longer because they were washing it. (Again, very pleasantly surprised!) I have NEVER experienced the level of customer service like I experienced at Stuckey Mitsubishi in State College, PA and I will most definitely be recommending them to everyone I know!
