Called dealer on a Saturday and inquired about a pre-owned BMW X5. Rob Herring, the Sales Experience Manager, took my call and forwarded me information. There were a few details he did not have and we agreed we would follow up on Monday. On Monday I emailed to say I was tied up but would call about 4pm. When I called Rob he didn't remember which vehicle I was interested in and when I told him he said someone from California had called that morning, were approved for financing, and were purchasing the car. So much for first come, first served. I would have hoped I would have received a call stating I needed to place a deposit or complete my purchase before selling to another customer. The Sales Experience Manager certainly provided me a POOR experience.
