Mike otter did an excellent job with communication and having the vehicle ready for when I arrived.

When ordering my 2025 RX350h I explicitly stated that I did not want black wheels. I was assured that black wheels were not ordered in the package. However, the vehicle was delivered with black wheels. I was then required to pay an additional charge to get chrome wheels ordered and installed (or not take possession of the vehicle). I am now waiting on new wheels to be delivered. When I show this RX to friends and family I must now retell the story of the wheels and the negative experience at Park Place Lexus.

This is our 5th Lexus we've bought from Park Place. We drive from Fort Worth just because the service is absolutely excellent!!!
