Phenomenal culture that this dealership presents should be the standard at every car dealership. I was buying a lower priced used vehicle and was treated just like I was purchasing a brand new 100k car!!!

I took my 2019 es350 with 39k for a 40k service and oil
I took my 2019 es350 with 39k for a 40k service and oil change. When the service writer inspected the car they first thing he said was we needed to have an uncomfortable conversation about the ties and brought out a tire gauge and showed the garage in the middle of the green. Say that they would not do this service because it might cause the car to pull. When asked what the 40k involved the said only a tire rotation and refused again. And the brought in his independent tire guy to push new tires, I explained that I usually get the tires at Costco push some other brand other than what was on the vehicle for $1400.00. I asked about the oil change and he said the it wasn’t necessary, I explained the I rather it every 5k not than the 10k said sarcastically said that instead he do the 50k, or pay $185 for a oil change. He must be incentivized for the add on sale . Not the service that was requested. STAY AWAY FROM THIS dealership
