I had a really great experience working with Matthew Hernandez in service. I originally brought in my wife’s RX 350 because it was due for maintenance, and shortly after I received my loaner, I mentioned to Matt that my GS F was also coming due for service. Without any hesitation, he got it scheduled right away and made the whole process incredibly easy. I honestly thought I was going to have to wait on parts or leave the car there for a while, but that wasn’t the case at all. Matt kept everything moving and had my GS F back to me much sooner than I expected. I’m very particular and meticulous when it comes to my cars, especially my GS F, so I really appreciate when someone takes the time to make sure everything is handled properly. Matt and the service team did exactly that. They took great care of both vehicles and made me feel confident that my cars were in good hands. I’ve had a couple of not-so-great service experiences here in the past, so I’ll admit I came in a little hesitant. This experience was completely different, though, and it really feels like things have changed for the better. Matt was friendly, helpful, accommodating, and made the entire experience smooth from start to finish. Really appreciate Matthew and the team for taking care of me. I’ll definitely be asking for him again whenever either of our vehicles needs service.

I was not rushed and things went pretty smooth. The sales person was very good. Went out of his way to accommodate me. Made sure I got what I wanted.

Sales rep was helpful, knowledgeable and followed up. I have bought at least two cars from Park Place. In the past all their cars have been prepped and ready. But they had multiple units listed online for weeks with no prep work done. They were "getting ready to go through service". Big scratches, stained seats, uneven body panels. I would have bought the car I test drove but it had a large scrape on drivers side-this was thoughtfully not pictured in the online photos. I still service my LX, LS, and other GX's here.
