"Just looking"

My wife and I stopped in on impulse, just to look. Jay was helpful right away without the typical car salesman hawking over you. Jay was very laid back and worked hard to make a deal once we decided that the IS250 F sport was the car for us, and even better managed to not pressure us into anything, even though we were there for about two hours after closing. Jay continuer to say hi (and actually remembers who I am) whenever were at the dealership for service or a wash. Continued great service and I'll use him again.

Nobody calls u back about warranty issues

I am trying to find out information on my extended service warranty. I was sent to three different people and left 3 messages. Now, at 6 PM, the warranty people have left for the day.

True honest person than salesman

Very Appreciative

Greatest buy ever

Our first why was visiting from San antonio and buying here. Everything mentioned about the place was correct. Everybody is family. Great service from everyone, awesome courtesy and just felt nice and comfortable there. Our buying experience was excellent. Craig made it that way. He is just an awesome person. His sales experience is beyond reproach but his way of respecting his customers and listening to them was really remarkable. He answered all our questions with direct answers and showed us all the vehicles available. Once we decided on the vehicle for my wife lilia, then on to the purchasing process. We have bought 14 new vehicles in our past, but this was the only one we actually enjoyed. I know. How do you enjoy buying a car? Because the Park Place family took their time to come by and ask us is we were ok, said hi, got us drinks, entertained us, and of course no one forgot about their friend in heaven, O'neal. Even he was there to watch the smile on my wife's face. Craig is a professional person who I highly recommend. Overall this was an excellent buying experience at Park Place Grapevine and expect us back. Thanks to everyone

Worth the drive from Weatherford.

Reed did a great job in service. I worked up a good deal with Mike Logan and left with a new SUV for my wife. Once I agreed to purchase Mike did everything to help me out as quickly as possible. Nice guy, laid back and not pushy.

WONDERFUL!

This was my first experience buying a car. You always here horror stories when someone buys a car: people taken advantage of, spending the entire day/night working out a deal, etc. Emily House did everything before I even walked through the door. I spend maybe two hours in the dealership total, most of which was because I was so indecisive. Emily, and Park Place as a whole, really worked with me to get my payment down where it needed to be and made personal phone calls to get me into my car. I could not have asked for a better sales person, sales manager, or dealership to purchase from. I tell my story to everyone and they are amazed! Thank you so much and I look forward to buying many more cars from Park Place Lexus in Grapevine!

Unethical Used Car Sales

I attempted to purchase a used Lexus SUV from the dealership. I was in constant communication with the salesperson and reached a point in which I was on the cusp of wiring funds. At the last minute I was informed that the car was sold out from under me. At best you could argue that the salesperson was not aware of a competing buyer. At worst I believe my transaction was slowed because I negotiated a lower price that this new buyer. Unethical. The dealer was unapologetic. Avoid.

As we've explained, we received two level offers in terms of price at the same time, and it came down to an issue of timing. The other client was willing to say "yes" to the vehicle first. It was never our intention to delay your transaction, and we apologize for the inconvenience. We wish you the best.

Disagree. Even if I agree with your version of the facts, which I do not, this does not explain being told that the vehicle was available when it indeed was not. Again, I stand by my comments that this deal was unethical.

Great buying experience!

I had not purchased a car in 12 years. So I was a little apprehensive about going through the buying process. To my surprise, the sales representative, Mark Griffiths, and the rest of the staff at Park Place Lexus - Grapevine, took the time to provide all the necessary information and make it an enjoyable experience for me and my wife. If you are in the market for a Lexus, I highly recommend Park Place Lexus - Grapevine!
