Park Place Lexus Grapevine

I had been on the market for a new vehicle. I narrowed it down to 3 choices. Cadillac CTS, Lexus ES350, and Chevrolet Corvette. First trip was to Chevrolet dealership, where I did not see anything I liked. Then drove to Park Place to look at the new Lexus ES350. At the dealership,I saw the 2012 Grand Sport Corvette. Inside the dealership I was welcomed and directed towards Mr.Justin Cole. He asked some questions, took me for a test drive in a ES 350, which I loved. While test driving the Lexus, I asked him some questions about the Corvette, which he answered. He also offered a test drive in it. We did. I loved it. We started the purchasing process. I decided to buy the Chevrolet Corvette Grand Sport. Mr. Cole was and still is to the present day very friendly,communicative, answering my questions, and taking the time to solve any issues. OMG! Park Place is the most awesome dealership. When I called Terry Hough to tell him I was interested in a 2013 ES350, he went to work on it immediately! When I arrived to talk to him about it, he had already done all the paperwork, including running my credit report to having the financing already completed and approved. I have never had such "customer service" as I have had at Park Place. I WILL NEVER buy a car from another dealership (unless Terry Hough moves...then I will have to follow him... I love him!). Oh and by the way, the Lexus is a great car, too. And your service department...superb!! Please don't ever change!

By far, the best car buying experience I've ever had. Everyone at the dealership was friendly, and very professional. If I don't buy my next used car here, then I'll be buying a new Lexus here without a doubt.

My experience in purchasing a 2013 ES350 was made more positive by the fact that I had shopped several other dealers before coming to Park Place in Grapevine. The comparison was dramatic! Josh Patel was knowledgeable and thorough but was patient with my many questions. From start to finish every person with whom I had contact at the dealership was professional, courteous and helpful. I should also add that I had reason to use the Service Department on two occasions and have been equally impressed with the professionalism shown there. The Service Mangager I have worked with is Travis Tittle and he has been responsive and helpful in every way. My overall impression of Park Place and the people there with whom I have worked is very high. We feel that our decision to purchase the ES350 from Park Place in Grapevine was a good one and we are loving the car as well!

This car purchase was the fourth Lexus purchase but the first with Park Place Lexus. The process could not have gone better; from discussion of ES350 features to pricing to paperwork to delivery - all handled in a very professional manner befitting a truely incredible car line. December is the busy time of year for a Lexus dealership but David Garlitz took the time at delivery to lead me through the various aspects of the ES350 in order that I could utilize my car to the fullest extent. The cars have really changed since I purchased my 2004.

Molly answered every question I had and made the shopping/purchasing process very easy for me. Her honest opinions and facts gained my trust and loyalty as a customer. I will absolutely recommend her to my friends/family.

What a great dealership. The facilities are excellent, and their sales and service staff are knowledgeable and friendly. I bought a new 2013 Lexus 350ES with a lot of options, but the base car is equipped very well. I love the new style of the ES. This car has great pep and handling and yet has quite good mileage. I did not opt for the Mark Levinson stereo which is remarkable, but the standard stereo has great sound. The voice command works well and I like the Bluetooth connection to my iPhone for phone and iTunes. I have owned a SC430, GS, GX470 and now the ES. All have been reliable and fun to drive. When I need an oil change, I have it done at Park Place because they wash my car and hand it back to me sparkling clean.

Park Place, Tom Miles and Gary Venner made purchasing a vehicle easy and actually fun. I won't go anywhere else for any future vehicle purchases and I have and will continue to recommend Park Place as I know they put their customers first. Terre

Casey did a great job of presenting the available cars, describing the features, and concluding the sale. Jeff handled the financing aspects efficiently and quickly, including a followup action.
