My wife and I purchased a pre-owned car from Park Place Lexus in Grapevine on August 19 and could not be happier with the process and our salesman, EZ Williamson. We were greeted by EZ in a welcoming manner. After our test drive we departed the dealership to discuss the results. I later phoned EZ and negotiated the purchase over the phone. As promised he had the paperwork ready and the car ready when we arrived that afternoon. In less than an hour we drove away with our newly purchased vehicle. I've owned and driven two different Lexus models for well over 20 years, so I'm a very loyal fan. When we were finally able to afford the first year model of the completely re-designed and most awesome luxury sedan on the planet - the 2018 LS 500 - I was excited and yet apprehensive about starting the shopping process. I let each of the three Lexus dealerships in the D/FW area know that I was shopping them all for a new LS 500. Park Place in Grapevine immediately presented me with a deal that beat the other two, hands down. With Grapevine being by far, the closest of the three dealers to my home, it was clear to me that they wanted my business, and I was happy to comply. This was easily the most exceptional car buying experience I've had, and I've probably bought 15 cars, most of them pre-owned, over the years. Their trail-blazing policy of utilizing no finance manager at this dealership made it even more pleasurable for my wife and me. We were never shuttled into another room to meet the "finance guy". The Grapevine location instead, trains their sales associates to handle every aspect of the transaction - a refreshing and efficient twist. Everyone, from our sales associate Josh Elam, to his manager, Charles Owen, to the General Manager, Gary Venner, was a pleasure to interact with and expressed how much they valued us as customers. When we entered the "ready room" on the day of delivery, and saw the gleaming Eminent White Pearl sedan with the gorgeous vapor chrome wheels, under a huge red bow, it was the icing on the cake! Josh waited patiently as I took several photos of the car. We drove off that day adding mile 13 to the car - the beginning of a wonderful relationship - both with the car and the dealership!.
