Good service, listens to why you brought in your vehicle, easy sign in, and informs you of items possibly needing attention. Did notice that the tire pressure wasn’t the same for the four tires (2-3 lbs. difference) so I’m guessing the spare wasn’t checked!

excellent service Joe worked with my third party warranty company to get the repairs covered i really appreciated all he did for us i am very gratefully for all of the employees hard work.

The check in for my appointment was quick and easy.

The check in for my appointment was quick and easy. The service was timely however it seems not all my notes were taken into account as I they still wanted to perform service that was not needed as I had already tested the situation. They also charged $186 for a separate diagnostic even though I was already there for a paid service. The bill was incorrect when they presented to me but they corrected it quickly with no hassle. Not sure who this person is showing that I worked with as I didn't.

After my bank approved the financing, I was asked by the

After my bank approved the financing, I was asked by the dealership to add the vehicle to my insurance and send proof. It was added to my insurance plus fees and sent within an hour of the request. I was then told they would send the Buyers Order so that my bank could cut the check. Then they informed me that the Buyers Order would be sent by them the next day as they were too busy. Imagine my surprise when I received a text stating they sold the vehicle to someone else while the bank and I were waiting for them to send the Buyers Order. Shady, disrespectful, low is just a few of the words that come to mind.
