Katy Honda. Spoke with Duy Le and he beat a deal from Big Star Honda by $500 which the other dealer wouldn't attempt to match. Bought a 2025 Honda Odyssey Touring and feel like the price was right. No buyer remorse here. Thank you Katy Honda

Worst dealership ever.

Worst dealership ever. Purchased online. Took forever to get copies of the paperwork and now over 2 months and still waiting on plates. Half the time the receptionist doesn't answer the phone. Submitted complaint to the state DMV. Don't buy from this dealer.

I went into the dealership today to order a new part and

I went into the dealership today to order a new part and to inquiry about a recall part (fuel pump) for 2018 Honda Ridgeline. Ms. Zully Rivero in the Parts Department was very helpful. Ms. Rivero found the part I was looking for and ordered it for me. My part should be in by Friday, 12/27/2024. My recall part was not in stock. Ms. Rivero advised that she would make a note to check on the recall part and let me know when a shipment comes in. I'm glad Ms. Rivero helped me today! I plan to order more parts for my Ridgeline in the future. I will look for Ms. Rivero for all my new part needs in the future. Merry Christmas!

Here is how it went. I liked a car having listed price above my budget. I put the enquiry got the call from sales person. I clearly mentioned my budget and what I was looking. He insisted me to visit the showroom once for price negotiation. I visited showroom and deal didnt go through on the price which the dealer has mentioned. I returned empty handed that day. It was rainy Saturday I drove all the way and returned. Monday I increased my budget to certain extend and called the sales person again can we have a Deal this price ? He promised me to get back after having discussion with manager. in the noon I got call from same Sales Person he said Deal can be Done on negotiated price. Hurray...I went their post finishing my work with excitement. I clearly told I do not have much of the credit history as Im new to US. I had preapproval from a Bank already but Katty Honda manager told me they can get cheaper loan for me and I need to fill application. I filled it and it went to Hard enquiry obviously nothing came out from my history as I was new here. after 10-15 min Sales person's Manager came to me and said vehicle listed in their website had wrong inventory number. They cant offer me vehicle on the negotiated price. I have to pay 3K extra to take the vehicle. Wow they wasted my 5 hours almost if the sales person and his manager wasn't sure about deal price what the xxxx they called me at showroom for what ? I got their excuse for not selling me vehicle on negotiated price because they might not be getting cheaper loan for me what they promised. Deal is Cancelled and I lost my lots of time dealing with highly unprofessional Dealer. Please avoid this dealer and whatever dealer you visit better to take quote of negotiated price on paper (before they pull your credit history ) which they cant refused later. Wish to rate them -5 but their is no option.

The process began on Tuesday, September 24, 2024, with an online credit application, which was handled promptly and professionally by their Internet Manager, Miss Crysta Glaze. The Express Service department was absorbed into the main

The Express Service department was absorbed into the main Katy Honda dealership recently. I took my 2023 CRV Hybrid in for a strange sound under the hood this week, and I could not be more pleased with the service my car and I received. The tech at the desk (Mark) remembers me every time I go in (which is not frequently), and he greets me with a smile. Sandy took the vehicle and ran a diagnostic and determined what it needed. She communicated with me immediately, and they got started on the repair quickly. When I came to collect it, Batman (aka Mose) was a delight to work with. The cashier explained all my paperwork, applied my coupon and got me out of there fast. Every time I come in, they make me feel cared about, listened to, and I always leave feeling confident in the work that has been done to my car at a fair price. In a world where they could be anything, this service department chooses to be friendly, professional, and efficient. Every time I leave I tell them I hope I don't have to see them for a while, but it has been nice working with them.

I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE AGAIN!

I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE AGAIN!!! AVOID IF YOU CAN!! 9/16/2024, I pulled in the express service garage to be serviced just for an oil change. I sat in the line waiting 25 mins only to be skipped over twice. The 1st skip over was by an Caucasian male whom went to the car behind me which happen to be a Caucasian woman. The adviser walked by my car and said give me one sec and continued to service the patron that was after me. I waited patiently, then another advisor came out and took the car that just had pulled in. I was being ignored as if I wasn’t there. This is when I said something, requesting a manager. When I got inside, I asked for a manager, but was met with rude, condescending behavior by an advisor named Mason. As I requesting the manager, I am expressing this is sad as often as visit, Mason proceeds to keep mumbling stuff and I asked what was that, he says “I am not worried at about anything” I stated so you clearly don’t care about your job, Mason proceeded to be condescending. Mason behavior was completely unacceptable. I then asked for the manager John. Johns comes over, I explain to him what had occurred, instead of him trying to fix it right away, he wanted to debate what time I arrived. I know what time I arrived as I was on a call/meeting, so I am certain what time It was. He then proceeds to tell me what you want to do. I asked how long the wait was, he said 5pm we should have you out. I didn’t leave there until 6:15pm! That wasn’t the worst part. The worst part was me paying for the services only to not have the advisor walk you through what was wrong with your car if at all. I was never advised of any issues that may precede me in the future. When asked about the different information from my last visit to this one. This could not be explained. I had gotten fed up with that point as this is a safety hazard and RISK, I am taking as I am trusting their call on what they tell me. I will NEVER visit this place again. Only how I was able to get a refund is I bullet pointed each of their failures to the point where the manager had to come and give a refund. It was never offered. No one ever tried to make it right. It was a xxxx show to be honest. But yall can check my record been coming here for years! I am NEVER going back. Yall lost a good customer, and I am going to share everywhere that allows because NO ONE deserves to be treated this way! I will be reaching out to corporate as well!
