I recently purchased a car at Honda Cars of Katy in late

I recently purchased a car at Honda Cars of Katy in late December, and unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. My concerns revolve around the handling of the GAP and VSC by the finance representative, Brandon Smith. After making the initial purchase, I decided to cancel the GAP and VSC the very next day due to some concerns. Brandon assured me that he would take care of the cancellation process promptly and explained that it might take three months to reflect on my financing portal. Despite multiple attempts to follow up with Brandon throughout January, I received no response. Growing increasingly concerned, I contacted my financing institution today, only to find out that none of the cancellation documents had been submitted by the dealership. Shockingly, when I called the dealership, I was informed that Brandon Smith no longer works there. Upon further attempts to seek assistance, I was transferred multiple times, and no one seemed willing to address the issue or provide the help I desperately needed. This lack of transparency and accountability is highly disappointing. What's even more alarming is that I don't have any paperwork or a contract for the GAP and VSC. It's evident that Brandon Smith misled me, making me wait for a resolution that was never initiated. This not only reflects poorly on his professionalism but also raises questions about the dealership's transparency and commitment to customer satisfaction. The entire experience has been shady, and it seems like Brandon took his commission and left me with unresolved issues. Buyers beware - exercise caution when dealing with Honda Cars of Katy, and be vigilant about the terms of your purchase. I hope my review serves as a warning to others who may consider this dealership for their automotive needs.

Terrible service.

Terrible service. No, worst than terrible. Found a car online. Called to get availability and details. They then added about $2k to the price for misc dealer fees. They then agreed to remove the fees if I gave a deposit that day. They then came back and said they couldn’t do a deposit on that car due to high demand ins I need to make payment in full that day. I told them to keep the car. They texted me to say they could now do the deposit. I have the deposit and requested final numbers to close the deal. It’s now 7 hours later and they have called once to ask me to complete a credit app. I told them I don’t need a loan but I need the numbers so when I drive for 4 hours to get there I know what to expect. I still haven’t received the numbers. Not sure if they are even a real dealership. Nobody answers the phones. All you get is text messages and dead ends.

My husband and I recently had our first experience shopping for a Honda Accord, which was a great experience, thanks to Jose Hernandez. He was accommodating and professional throughout the entire process. He took the time to understand our needs and preferences and provided information about the different models available. Thanks to his guidance, we could make an informed decision and purchase the perfect car. The car was purchased on Friday 10/20/2023. Honda Cars of Katy. I want to express the process, professionalism, and customer satisfaction from day one till now has been very unsatisfactory. Tony acted as if he was put out in the whole process, from initial test drive to final deal. Fernado was very unprofessional, he lied stating the fender was replaced, he continually made excuses when asked about workmanship of the repairs and insulted me when he stated I should have bought a new vehicle. The ball was dropped the behalf of Honda Cars of Katy. After the initial drop off the vehicle three attempts were made to remedy the situation and yet its still unfinished. The vehicle will be taken to another Honda location for repair. Stay away from this dealership. There has been zero return calls, text or communication.

Looked at a 2023 used CRV Hybrid not happy because the car was not fully automatic. Ms. Elena convinced us to come back for a better deal on a 2024 CRV EX-L fully automatic. The next day we went to see Ms. Elena and she was amazing. The color of the car is right and it has all the bells and whistles was looking for. We spend 5 K more, but we were happy.
