I bought my first car here about 2 weeks ago and I am SO happy I came to Weseloh Kia! Fred helped me find exactly what I was looking for! So happy with my experience here! He was very knowledgeable and friendly!

I purchased my Kia Optima Hybrid after doing extensive research and test drives of other brands of hybrid vehicles. My salesperson Sergio Diez was knowlegeable, helpful and excellent to work with. The Kia Optima EX was hands down the BEST hybrid vehicle in it's class. It was a fantastic value for the money. I got all the options and it was still less expensive than comparable hybrid sedans. It's got a great ride, superior handling and for a 4 cylinder hybrid it's plenty quick enough. After checking out other dealerships and vehicles, I came back to Wesseloh and purchased my Kia Optima there as they took great care of me when I did my test drives and answered all my questions honestly and fully. The whole process was smooth and easy...I highly recommend Wesseloh and my salesperson Sergio was fantastic, even after the sale, he followed up with me and made sure I was 100% happy with my purchase. That's service! Thank you!

Made several visits to other Kia dealerships, but was recommended to Weseloh because of their strong business reputation and willingness to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Called and initially spoke to Rick McConaghy (sales manager) who listened to my needs, went out of their way to locate my vehicle, and arranged an appointment with his consultant Fernando Ramos. I've shopped and owned cars for over 30 years and by far this was one of the best experiences to date. Fernando was professional, courteous, and attentive to my needs. All of this despite the fact that I showed up late towards their closing hour! Explained all the "bells and whistles" and ensured the vehicle was delivered in exceptional condition with great detail. Well done Weseloh and thanks for the new Optima!

I recently bought a new Kia Optima SX from Weseloh Auto Group in Carlsbad, I did so through Costco, my point of contact was Fernando Ramos, I am so happy i dealt with Fernando, he was extremely polite and informative, he answered all my questions without hesitation and made buying the car effortless, everyone there was very nice, but Fernando is the reason i am giving 5 stars across the board. I will refer anyone i hear who is looking for a new Kia to Weseloh. I should have gotten more business cards to pass out!

I bought a used Kia rio from this dealer and I had a wonderful experience. The service was wonderful. I was with my mother who was visiting me from Australia and she was very nervous about the purchase but we both left feeling great. They made sure we were very happy and gave us a great deal. I recommend this dealer to anyone. Everyone was very friendly, even the cashier lady

This was my first car buying experience ever and I have to say the bar has now been set extremely high. I wanted to compliment the dealership, but especially Sean Lyon and his team. Sean erased any negative connotation I ever had associated with buying a new car. He was so kind, patient, knowledgable and practical. I would recommend Sean to anyone and suggest they ask for him specifically. I am so happy with the whole experience and with the car too! A new fan of Kia, this dealership, and Sean. Thanks again!

I just bought a car today from Carlos Arias at Weseloh KIA and had the greatest experience. Carlos made the buying experience a pleasure by his knowledgeable and friendly approach that wasn't pushy or aggressive. I would absolutely refer anyone to this dealership but especially to Carlos Arias in sales!

Just leased my 3rd vehicle from Weseloh Kia Carlsbad...went through the Internet Manager Carlos Arias. I called him, told him what I was looking for and he had the car was ready, washed and with a full tank of gas when I arrived. I was in-n-out in 2 hours. Not sure if I mentioned I got the best price in town!! Even the Kia dealership that is less than a mile from my home, couldn't come close to Weseloh's price. If you are looking for a new Kia you need to call Carlos at Weseloh. Their service department is awesome too!

My wife and I were considering a new car about a year ago. We went into the Weseloh KIA to look around, and met Fernando, a very knowledgeable sales person. We explained that our situation was we wanted but did not need a new car. He still took the time to answer all of our silly questions with no pressure to try to SELL us a car. He checked in with us over the year and was always respectful of our time and lack of urgency. We finally decided and were very happy to find Fernando was still at the dealership. He worked with us to find exactly what we wanted in the color with the options and did most of the leg work for us via email and phone, and we shopped other dealers as well. Everyone else needed us to come in, fill out info, pre approve us, the usual "sales tactics". Not Fernando. When I told him we were possibly considering another brand of Auto, all he asked was before we came to that decision, to please come by and let him try to earn our business, no pressure. We did and I cannot tell you how happy we are that we did. Everyone was friendly and willing to assist in getting exactly what we wanted even the lady searching for the car we wanted who was clearly leaving for the day stayed to help. The new OPTIMA we got was more value than we thought we would be able to get, at the price we were willing to spend. Weseloh Automotive has gained a long time customer...we will only by cars from them from now on!!!!!
