Fernando was a great help. He took my personal situation into account, and worked a deal for me that I could afford. He went above and beyond at every opportunity. I didn't feel like I was talking to a car salesman the whole time, which is why I continued to work with him even though they didn't have my specific car in stock and had to get it from another dealer. It took about a week for me to be ready to get my new car, but Fernando never stopped working with me and always gave 100% attention anytime I had a question.

I love my Forte Koupe. Dwight was awesome and really worked with me to get everything that I wanted at a reasonable rate. I would recommend Kia and Dwight to everyone. They are great.

Internet salesman Carlos Arias, AMAZING! If you ever need to buy a Kia, call this guy. I initially used Consumer Reports Buying service and was connected to many local dealers. I ended up choosing Carlos to work with, and absolutely love my new 2013 Kia Sorento. He made it easy, no hassles, and no creepy car dealer feeling. He listened to everything I said, and completely held his end of the bargain. I bought and signed papers within an hour and never regretted it.

Mondi showed me the perfect car right away and lance and john made it easy and understanable to buy my first car. love this place and i plan on telling my friends and family to come here. Mondi went out of his way to make sure i was happy. lance and john were honest and friendly. if i need a car again i will be coming back to this dealership.

Matt Winston has consistently gone out of his way to provide excellent customer service each time I bring my car to the Weseloh Kia Service Department. Although my car was still under warranty, the warranty could not be found in the computer system. Matt worked diligently to solve the problem and my car was repaired under warranty saving me a lot of money. I wouldn't take my Kia anywhere else for service.

My fiance and I tried another dealership and things just didn't work out. Overall it was a terrible experience! Since we were able to at least figure out which cars we wanted from the other dealership I went online and tried to find other dealers with those cars and colors that we wanted. Weseloh's internet manager, Elise, was the quickest one to respond and we extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We were able to get the price and terms worked out over the phone and through email, right from the comfort of our own home! Once all the details were worked out, we went in and quickly signed paperwork and were out of there with my fiance's new car. Since our first experience was so great with them, we went back to them for my car even though they didn't have it in stock. Elise had the day off and handed me over to Fernando. Fernando and I spoke a couple of times during the day and he found me the exact car that I wanted. We again took care of pricing and rate right over the phone and all I had to do was go in and fill out paperwork. They had the car there and ready for me! Best car buying experience I've ever had! Quick responses, kind and courteous employees, knowlegeable sales team, and they even have great team work!
