Terrible experience.

Terrible experience. Waited over 7 hrs for an oil change and a 4 wheel alignment because they couldn't do it right the first time. Then an aggressive service person verbally assaulted me in the service area and began yelling at me. I had never met this crazed person. This happened in front of the Service Manager who did absolutely nothing and then lied to me he would contact me the next day after he "took care of it." But no call. The General Manager, refused to call me and discuss being assaulted by their employee. Last, the Owners, whom also knew about this issue flatly failed/refused to call me. NO ONE SHOULD HAVE TO BE ASSAULTED AFTER WAITING QUIETLY FOR OVER 7 hrs in the WAITING ROOM BY AN xxxxxxx EMPLOYEE. MANAGEMENT AND OWNERSHIP IS NO BETTER! SERVICE SUCKS!!!

Good experience.

Good experience. I complete my purchase less then 3 hours. There other fees are super high so pay attention. 2nd if they planing to sell EV’s they need to have a faster charger station or have the vehicle fully charge. Sergio my salesman nice and friendly.

This has nothing to do with my salesman.

This has nothing to do with my salesman. He was excellent it went beyond what I wanted to say when you’re buying a $90,000 vehicle before it leaves a lot it should’ve been wiped down. I picked it up on Saturday and when I went to do all my financing on that Tuesday I saw fingerprints on the door so I didn’t wipe it. I felt before I left it was gonna be wiped down and it wasn’t so you need to actually spruce up your cleaning of your cars outside before they leave I would’ve had my SRT hellcat cleaned, wiped and nature before you picked your expensive car up or it was least expensive. It should’ve had professional cleaning. I buy a lot of fast cars I’m a 66 year-old guy and yes, I will be looking for a Ferrari for my wife last time. She had her AMG before we left. I almost had a fight with the guy because he kept on wiping it clean it and make sure it was 100% before it left that dealership my hellcat wasn’t when I got home the next day. I did a thorough clean on the outside and inside you need to spruce up or tell the guy that’s walking around with a rag that should’ve been already cleaned and when it sits in the showroom, it still collects dust. That’s my only xxxxx my sales person Herman was the best. He worked with me for three weeks cause I didn’t know if I was gonna buy it or not and he didn’t push me but he kept on calling me and making sure that he was there for me. I don’t know on your other agents that worked there, but I knew about agents I own a real estate company and I own a real estate school so when someone xxxxs up on me that I own, I jumped her xxx, so apparently the general manager who is in charge should be actually overlooking this a little bit more because if you were working for me, I would give you a Jesus talk and then give you three days off and if you didn’t like it, I’d say go to another dealership. That’s not how I run my products here other than that my sales person Herman was the best

I just would like to say from the minute I called Herman and asked him about a vehicle that I like there took good care of me very professional. He stayed up on top of this vehicle for me and was it pushy about anything just get the job done and help me His very best which I was very happy working with this man.
