They require a credit check before a test drive. They had us Venmo/cash app/Zelle to "Elizabeth Cross", allegedly the owners wife, for the down payment before we saw the deal. We asked to look at cars $14,000 and less for our son. After we sent the Venmo we went to the finance office. The payment for the car was $621 for 72 months. We were like...but it's a $14,000 car! Then they explained they get the cars and they sell them for a flat rate on top of the cost of the car. The flat rate for this car was $14,000 bringing the total loan amount to $28,000!!! When you ask to see cars $14,000 and under that's what you should see. I immediately asked them to Venmo/cash app my deposit back. They said the refund comes in the form of a check and I could but get one for 3 days. I did get loud and said you got my money within minutes so you can give it back. Needless to say I showed them the money was OUT of my account and you can't cancel a Venmo/ cash app once it's sent so I demanded my money back, $5000 via the method it was sent. They again refused. We went to Carmax and realized we still had the key because we left so abruptly. I called to say I was returning. When I arrived they handed me a check that looked like it was written by a preschooler. Last name didn't start with a capital and the writing was horrible. On the memo line...wait for it...the manager wrote "refund for tantrum". Wish I could upload a photo here to show how incredibly shady and unprofessional these people were. We've only bought cars from big name dealerships so we thought this is how small used car lots are, now we know.

Worst dealership ever and worst customer service
The worst customer service ever I called and I took an appointment yesterday and I went today to check the car and I spoke with the sales man he was so high and I gave him the stock number for the car I want he came back he said we don’t have it I have only one Mercedes you want to check it out I told him no I want to check the one i showed you he said have a great day he told me that after I called and I asked about the car they said they have it and I drove 80 miles to see this car so I left and I called to complain what happened with me the general manager his name is Ritch or Rick I don’t remember I told him everything and I told him I will Make sure to write a review about you guys he told me so why your wasting my time and he started to curse me and yelling at me and hang up the phone on My face I called back to ask about the owner was told he is in newyork Please everyone don’t go there this place is not even deserve one star !!!!

The worst
I just wanted to let you know this dealership has the WORST customer service ever I've ever had in my life. I feel bad for anyone who try to buy a car from you guys. In fact if you guys were real and guine you would respond to this email. But I doubt you will because after Waiting 1hour on hold, whoever is in charge of answering phones said you weren't there even after saying he would get you three different times. So I pray no one has the experience of buying a car from you I sincerely wish you don't sell another car so that no one has to go through what we did. The worst experience ever, how can you make appointments then not honor them. How can you treat people like this? We were fine with coming back and understanding about it being busy, but three times I live in Daytona. Honestly just terrible

Don't Buy Here
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP - They are not honest, will run your credit thru many lenders and credit score will be lowered, Online Price IS NOT THE SAME when you arrive to dealership, customer service is NONE. They made me waist a whole afternoon (1p - 8p) for nothing and I left the place with a lower credit score. I RECOMMEND THAT YOU JUST GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Not the lowest prices
Shows the lowest prices after assuming you put down a significant amount of money down. Misleading before you even pick up the phone to call them. This is not good for business.

Horrible business
This was the worst experience I have ever had . I put a $2000 deposit on a car on a Sunday to return on Monday for financing. That evening found that the cars headlights and other lights and mirror weren’t working. Then discovered the car had been in an accident which they said it hadn’t. I didn’t even sign a contract when I had returned the car the next day. That has been 2 weeks and they have refused to return my $2000 and not returning my calls. Not to mention the prices of the cars are $4000-$5000 more than their advertised price. Look up all their complaints in the BBB. I wished I had.

Run away.
Don't think for an instant you'll get the advertised price. They tack on so many fees and actually ADD any down-payment you make to the overall finance price of car. They prey on people who don't do math, have bad credit, and don't know their rights. Scammers.

Sketchy at best? Makes me wonder how bad they are
Tried to find the out the door price said I would have to come in and talk to finance, I told him I was paying cash don’t want to be there long and I didn’t want to go waste my time, I ask questions about the mustang he said you have to talk to finance!! He didn’t know anything about the car or what the dealer fees this place is a joke1 I’ve been in the car industry for 15 years this place obviously has no clue that they are doing, from my experience I would say this place brings you in with lower prices and jacks up the price when you get in. The cherry on top was he hung up on me great customer service
