ABC auto trader

Bait & Switch. First of all, car I was interested in was listed on AutoTrader.com for $14,899 which is more than $10,000 below KBB market value (KBB lists it as worth ~$25--$29k). I called the dealer number listed on this site at 2:55pm, Sunday and spoke with Candace, the customer care agent with ABC AutoTrader. I asked whether the car was immediately available (because I had an hour drive to get there) and she said YES, and that nobody had asked to see the car that day. At 2:58pm I received a text confirmation from the dealer for my appointment at 4:00pm, requesting that I ask for "Johnathan, our sales manager" who would direct me to Richard, my sales rep. I arrived at 3:51pm and spoke with the sales representative who informed me that the car I inquired about had "unfortunately" sold the day before (Saturday), but that they had three other Camry's on the lot to choose from (which were all priced much higher than the original car). I spoke with the sales manager, Johnathan, who said that the situation was "out of his control", that the listed dealer number on Autotrader.com does not go to his dealer lot, that Autotrader.com can take 1-2 days to remove a listing, but that he could sell me a different Camry (for many thousands more). The car I called about is currently still listed on AutoTrader.com as I write this. There are many reviews stating similar experiences on Facebook, KBB, and google. I would recommend anyone and everyone AVOID these people!

Beware of their published price and the fine print. Asked salesperson via phone of published price of car on an internet ad and she confirmed the price. After 1 hour drive to dealership, they mentioned it's another $4k downpayment on top of the listed price. Very sketchy to say the least. Don't waste your time - go to someone that is upfront with their prices and don't play games.

This place doesn’t even deserve a 1 star review. Take my word and stay clear of this place! They advertise there prices a fair market value and tack on $20,000 worth of fees at the financing. To make it worse, they require you to pay 2300 down on the car just to test drive plus add it to your i insurance policy. They try to hook you by this and run your credit 8 times to ruin your credit and not refund you for up 20 days if you walk. They know you will walk and they want to make money off you. This place we reported to the bbb and reported to the state as scammers. They need to be shut down ASAP!

*If you don't want to waste your time, ask to see their final fees upfront and watch how many hoops they make you jump through* Terrible experience. Sales reps refused to go over dealer fees and final cost after hours of waiting. I wasted the whole afternoon and even purchased car insurance. It was "required" for me to purchase insurance on the vehicle to discuss any deal or terms. After 4 hours in the office, I finally walked out still having never seen a single document besides my own credit application. Alexis was the only competent and helpful person in the office. Unfortunately she had come over after I had experienced this nightmare from her other coworkers. Shout out to you girl, you were a pleasure to talk to.

Do not waste your time with these people. They are extremely rude on the phone when questioned about additional fees there might be on top of the price listed. Refused to answer questions. They lure you in with a well below market value price, only to hit you up with TONS of fees. They guy was so rude that I hung up on him.

I agree with many of the reviews for this dealer. It is a pure scam business. I saw their ads from one of website and also visited their website for inventory. They advertised car for $12,400. When I arrived, they informed me that there will be $3000 added on top of the advertised price. When we decided to process the purchase, we find out there are extra $5,000 for certifying the car and many other charges. The total price goes to $24000. We decided not to buy the car even though we wasted whole afternoon of waiting. Lesson learned. Never ever trust this dealer. Please read the fine print in their advertising, you will know how much extra fee they are going to charge you.

Engañan a las personas con un precio que en su website y el vendedor también indica lo mismo, hasta cuando vas a llegar a firmar el precio es el doble de lo vendido. Piden down payment. Es una estafa y promocionan anuncios engañosos. Tres días perdi en el proceso y el servicio por teléfono fue uno poco profesional.

This company is so dishonest!!! I went to this dealership to test drive a car that was roughly $13,000. Before I could test drive, they ran my credit and got an approval first, odd! Then the sales guy told me I had to add the car on my insurance before I could test drive. I told him I have NEVER IN MY LIFE heard that before and he says it’s just for him to build my folder. Please keep in mind, they wanted me to do all of this before I had the chance to test drive the car. I told the sales guy that my insurance company (Progressive) advised me against it because there are charges for multiple policy changes. We came to the conclusion that they wanted the car on my insurance in case something happened during the test drive, not me, not today. So needless to say, I did not do it and still got to test drive. After all that craziness, I go to speak to the finance team/man. This man tells me that they add on a 7k charge on top of the car. He told me they added the charges due to the car being valued higher than their listed price. Three hours of my day that I could not get back. The only positive thing I can say is that they were nice. Nice but trickery!

I would NOT recommend this dealership at all. I feel it's SHAM. You can't pay cash and you can't do a multitude of things you can at other dealerships

Wouldn't let me buy the car online or agree to hold the car for me if I flew their to buy the car in person.
